Stephen is such a good Employee I had got my car towed and he helped me bring all my clothes. Everything that was in the car help me bring it to the third floor. The assist is us and gave us advice. Help with anything we needed i could never ask for more

While an older building, it’s the people who give this place its charm. Tayna (“Tan-NAY-ya”) is outstanding at the front desk and treats you like family every time. Highly recommend as a overnight stop for weary travellers.

TAYNIA AND VICKIE ARE THE BEST. I ALWAYS HAVE A PLEASANT STAY THERE. ROOMS ARE CLEAN BREAKFAST IS GREAT. BEST COFFEE IN TOWN.

This is a good place to stay. For the price, it is good. The rooms are not the newest, but they are clean and comfortable. I have stayed there several times traveling from NY to Florida and will continue to do so on future trips. The location and staff are what makes it all worth the price. The staff is super friendly, and it is right off the highway on Merchant's Walk, close to places to eat and shop along the way to wherever your destination might be.

Front staff was super friendly and checked me in promptly being as though I had just traveled 16 hours so that was much appreciated. The room was super nice and clean in my opinion. The only downside was they are remodeling the hotel so it wasn’t pretty in the hallways but the room looked great. Will definitely keep this in mind the next time I’m in the area.

When our vehicle broke down in West Virginia ,we were forced to stay in a hotel for three days . We couldn’t have gotten any better hotel to stay in. The complete staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would like to give a big Canadian shout out to two of the employees. Taynia and Leslie these two ladies made us feel right at home felt like we had known them for years. I would definitely drive out of my way to stay there again

Clean rooms, instant hot water for showers so that alone was wonderful, great service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel. The staff was super friendly!! The rooms were clean. They were currently going through a renovation, but we knew in advance, so that was no issue. There are a lot of places nearby to eat, drink, hike, sightsee, etc. Very affordable room. And the bed was very comfortable! Overall wonderful stay!

My room was clean and people was nice that checked me in. Definitely good place to stay and cheaper than most.

We showed up on motorcycles trying to get out of the rain. The ladies that worked there were so kind. They let us wait a little longer before leaving just so we would be safe. We will stay at this hotel again. Great staff!

Room was already warm with the lights on when we arrived. Shower was nice but the tub needs fixed because the water drained very slowly. Staff was very friendly and professional. Pleasant and comfortable stay.

Always friendly desk clerk, always accommodates our needs as we are older customers! Close to several quality dining places! But they need to return their fabulous breakfast menu! Scrambled eggs, sausage etc.

Stayed one night with my husband and was very happy with our accommodations! Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast and pretty quiet even though they was very busy (boat race that weekend). Plenty of stores and restaurants close, a lot within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Rooms are nice and beds are completely comfortable. I have stayed here several times And I would recommend anyone to come stay here.
