Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

After a 3:30 am wake up, 6:40 am flight, a failed breakfast and numerous hours in a car - we happened to be close to Gino’s when I typed in “pizza near me” into google. The reviews looked good, so we stopped.
Best decision of the day. Cheese bread, pizza and calzone was amazing, prices were very affordable and the staff (while being short handed) was very quick and efficient. Will definitely be stopping again if we find ourselves in the area.

You will be surprised to eat in here, especially if you are on highway and needed a nice break. Good food and friendly staff. Very relaxing atmosphere.

We actually ate a Biscut World. They are both at the same building and share the dining space. We had a small tater breakfast, and my wufe had an omlet. Great people and food!

Passing through on vacation. Stopped in Gino’s. The service was fast, the workers were super nice and the food was excellent! Definitely a hidden gem. Absolutely recommend and would go back if in the area.

Live tge homestyle spaghetti here it's is very very good. Will comeback just for that pizza is good to.

We were driving through WV and stopped at Ginos because of all the great food reviews, and especially because people rudely gave a 1-star review for their mask policy. Seriously? If you’re that concerned, you shouldn’t be out in public.
The pizza is delicious! So cheesy and a crispy yet chewy crust. The service was excellent. Clean bathroom! Highly recommend!

After a long day of traveling I was going to arrive in town after the restaurant closed. I called ahead and the young lady on the phone was incredibly understanding and helpful. The staff was willing to wait and drop my food off at the hotel just before they closed. I arrived at my hotel about 20 minutes later and expected to eat some disappointing food and then fall asleep.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I started eating my wings. They were absolutely fantastic. I ate about half of them and moved on to the pizza, which by this point was about room temperature, but that was obviously my fault, not theirs. This room temperature pizza was so unexpectedly good. Tons of flavor and the crust was still crisp.

I just happened to be passing through the state but I was very impressed tonight. If I ever end up here again I will definitely be visiting them.

Edit: One thing I noticed on these Google reviews that I would like to bring up; whoever is responding to these reviews needs to get a clue. You have legitimate complaints from repeat customers and you're giving the same generic response to all of them. That's honestly insulting. There are not enough reviews on here for you to phone it in. Your reviews overall aren't stellar anyway. You need to listen to your customers and give them tailored responses. Some people are just hard to please, but figure out which problems are legitimate and fix them.

First off. Food was just ok and the prices were ridiculous. The reason for the rating was the service. One of the employees had not shown up for work that day and they were slammed. It took a while to get our food, but the staff were so nice. They even offered us a drink for our wait. They left whatever frustration they had at the table and brought us our food with a smile. They were super sweet and I hope they made it through alright.

I've been craving NY style pizza and the thin crust here was very close. We got the $12.99 two topping special and it was delicious. Staff were a little swamped, but communicative and friendly. We would go back.

I've been going to the summersville Gino's off and on for years now. I went last week. I have to say I was very satisfied with the new staff. The waitress while I think may be a little inexperienced was awesome she did everything to make our visit pleasant. The food tastes great and was made quickly.

We just had the lasagna and it was awesome. They give you good sized portions and lots of garlic bread. The chips and dip that are provided before the meal were very good also.

Try the Tuesday special - great good, great price. Will definitely come back here the next time we are in town.

We are Ginos fans for sure. Nicholas, the manager I believe, is wonderful. We eat there a lot and our food is most usually great. If we do have a problem, he will always make it right. One of my very favorite places to order pizza.

We visited on Tuesday night which is their 2for2 night. Where you can purchase a pizza & or a pasta & get one free. They are very busy. The young lady was very sweet & the food was great. We ordered pizza & we did not even have to tell the young lady that we wanted the second one to go. She automatically knew. She was so nice & the table beside us she knew what they wanted to drink & the kidos orders before they even ordered. That is a special waitress.

Great pizza and cheesy bread. We had great service too.

Good food and great service. My family really enjoyed the bread sticks and pizza. They were able to accommodate our walk in party of seven late on a Saturday night when we got into town after driving all day.

There's nothing I've ever got from Gino's that I didn't like. Their pubwiches are amazing, they have great pizza, wings and bread sticks / cheese sticks and now I know that I love their baked spaghetti too ! 👍🏼

Really good pizza... The crust was so good. It didn't give you that im ,pizza stuffed, feel after you eat. Sweet staff.... Affordable..

Food was delicious, good service.
