Sleep Inn

I stop here when going between SC and Canada. The staff are always friendly. The lady at the front desk even held open the door for me. I need an accessible room, and the receptionist doubled checked if I was ok with a tub or if I needed a shower with lower entry profile which was nice of her. The beds are comfortable and I don’t need my pillow here since theirs are good even with my neck issues. Room is clean, linens were spotless. It seems like a safe area, with plenty of food options about, and it’s easy to get here via 19. I look forward to my stop over here every time.

My wife and I were returning to Buffalo after a week in Myrtle Beach and stopped in the Sleep Inn in Summersville WV for at least the 6th time over the years. I am in awe at how well maintained this Sleep Inn is ! We originally stopped here twenty some years ago heading south with our kids, and it is just as clean and comfortable today as it was back then. When we checked in, we were greeted by the desk clerk, Barmen, (as it is on the receipt) she was so nice and pleasant. It's refreshing to know that some people are still happy and spreading love!! I would highly recommend stopping at this Sleep Inn when planning a trip, or just needing a clean and comfortable place to crash. BTW, the breakfast was good too! We will continue to make this Sleep Inn a stop over when ever we are heading south. Hats off to the staff.

We’ve stayed here multiple times, and for only $29 more per night we get the suite. It’s a great place to unwind from a long drive with a clean comfortable room. Breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast with hot options. Easy access to a few other stores and restaurants in the area.

Brooke in the breakfast bar is absolutely amazing! She keeps everything fresh, and clean. She even went around pouring coffee for everyone one morning. We look forward to coming back for our next stay and enjoying your hotel!

The room was clean. Our morning breakfast with hot food, was very nice and clean. And Brooke our breakfast host was on the ball keeping everything filled and cleaning at the same time for it was an extremely busy on Sunday morning. She even went to tables and refreshed coffee's and getting peoples trash. BROOKE is definitely an employee that goes beyond with her customer service!!!!

This is a great place to stop for a good night’s sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent - great food and the ambience of a nice cafe.

A one night stop on our way back from N. Carolina. We were welcomed at the front desk, room was exceptionally clean and comfy, breakfast was fully stocked with sausage,eggs, Danish, waffles. Coffee was served at our table. What a lovely send off.

Had a pleasant stay for one night on our way to Florida. Clean room, friendly staff. The lady taking care of the breakfast room was very nice...made a fresh pot of decaf coffee for me. We would definitely stay there again.

Last minute stay, they were so accommodating helping us with a handicap room etc....amazing stay, clean room, great breakfast choices....just awesome overall for the price...Thanks for helping make our vacay great !!

So pleasantly surprised! Don’t be fooled by the 2 rating of this hotel. It was super clean, hospitality was awesome, breakfast was delicious (and free) and the beds and pillows were so comfy that we took pics of the labels so we could buy them for ourselves! Not sure how the official rating system works, but in my opinion it should be a 3. And based on reviews I’ve read, I think others agree.

It's been a while since I've had such a great experience with a hotel. Everything was VERY clean, the halls, lobby, breakfast area, room. The customer service was fantastic from calling in advance and having a real live person answer, to getting in late and last minute, to the front desk and women working in the kitchen helping and being super welcoming. Absolutely a top notch experience. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels that were no where near as clean and friendly. The hot breakfast was free and great. The pillows were so comfortable, so was the bed. Cute leaf shape soap, plant and nature themed decor, modern and updated. I would 100 percent recommend this place to even the pickiest traveler. Thank to the staff you for helping make our family trip memorable! Y'all are absolutely doing a fantastic job!

My family stopped by on our way back from Florida to Ontario and it was great. We did not stay very long but the whole time we were there was perfect. I'm in a family of five so I had to sleep on the floor but the beds looked extremely comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful, the common areas were very clean and the all you can eat breakfast was amazing. The breakfast provides eggs, sausage patties, waffles, tea biscuits and much more. This hotel is extremely good for it's price and I would definitely recommend staying for a few nights!

Stayed here in light of the favorable reviews and my visit did not disappoint. It was very quiet, felt safe, and had genuinely kind staff. The room was clean and fresh. The shower had great pressure and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed with a pet and had plenty of space to walk her. It was a very nice stay. I will be back.

This hotel is great. This is the type of hotel where you don't pay a huge price but get very clean rooms, a breakfast and everything else that you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and will help you with anything. There was a big free complete breakfast with a waffle maker, eggs, sausage and lots of pastries. We had a great stay here and I highly recommend you give it a try.

Paul, at the front desk, was a pleasure speaking with. He was very hospitable. I have to say that we were shocked when we saw a Christmas card and candy canes on the bed. Who does that??? It was awesome to see that they took the time and effort to make the gesture. Little things mean a lot and will always set you apart from the rest. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were comfy, and the coffee was delicious. We didn't eat the free breakfast only because we had a big homemade meal waiting for us in a few hours, at the end of our journey. We're CHOICE MEMBERS and will be staying here every time we pass through. It's nice to find such a welcoming place along our route! We're looking forward to seeing you guys when we return in a few weeks. Merry Christmas!!!

We stopped here as a halfway point from Myrtle Beach. Very nice rooms and value for the money and the service was fantastic. We did hit one issue where our original room smelled like stale hay and tobacco smoke, but as soon as we brought this issue to the gentleman at the front desk (I believe his name is Paul) he promptly moved us to a much cleaner room. The breakfast included was very generous considering what we paid for the room and the beds were very comfortable. Good selection of channels on the tv as well, and along with a pool for the kids to swim, this was a very good place to spend the night.

My only wish, which is likely outside of the hotels control, is that there was a sidewalk so that we could safely walk from the hotel side to the other side of the highway where the restaurants are located.

We had a Pet friendly king bedroom was clean, newly decorated. Separate toilet (with the good toilet paper not the cheap thin stuff) and a good shower, no bath. Sink is in the main room, working fridge. Really comfy bed.
Breakfast room nice, lots of usual items, scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits, gravy. Friendly lady looking after everything. Would definitely stay there again on our way to Florida

We are snowbirds heading south and stopped for one night. The hotel was very clean, well cared for and very quiet. The breakfast was most likely the best hotel breakfast we had ever had. The lady that looks after the breakfast bar makes excellent scrambled eggs and sausages. We look forward to maybe staying there again on the return trip north. We highly recommend this hotel.
