Ended up at Auto zone in Benton today bec my check engine light came on out of no where and my car was acting weird and it ended up being a sensor. Was working with Shawn and they had the parts to fix it, but i had no idea How to fix it myself and still had 200 miles to drive back home. Shawn went above and beyond to help me out after his shift to make sure this got resolved. Thank you again Shawn. 🙏🏻

Dianne Warriner is so dedicated to making this the best autozone in the region that she took time out of her busy afternoon to help me, a traveler passing through from Birmingham to Omaha, and even called ahead when she realized i needed a local mechanic and called Stephen at ExtremeAuto, to let him know what was wrong. This sets a standard for customer service departments everywhere

And for Matthew, he looked at my fuse box, tested my battery, and squeezed into the tight space of my hood. He sprung into action to help me with a battery/alternator issue and communicated so well with Dianne. No complaints at all on his part and i can tell he is super hard working.

Picked up a blower motor for a friend's car was in stock and exactly what I was looking for.

Snapped off a torx so took it in and they replaced it free of charger. Was back out in 5 minutes. Would recommend them any day!!! Great job guys

Tonight we went into autozone in Benton and a young man named Tyler help us find the lift supports for our truck. He put them on and took great care of us. He was extremely polite and helpful. Businesses need more people like Tyler.

Just had the best experience ever at Auto Zone here in Benton! Tony was the most helpful, patient, friendly and just the most all around AWESOME person ever with customer service; and even helping me by putting my new wipers on, with a smile on his face the entire time. Definitely highly recommend him for anyone needing any help! I normally don't 'write out' a review.. I usually will just give it a star rating, but I felt like I had to comment on him! He deserves some recognition for such wonderful customer service! He went over and beyond with helping me in so many different ways. (Bc ofc my SUV had to be a pain in the a$$ and couldn't just be simple) just my luck... ;) But instead of him getting frustrated and could have been a total (you know what...) about it.. Instead, He kept a smile and was so understanding and patient with my vehicle! Thank you so much Tony for all your help and for being so awesome about everything! You rock! 10/10!!

Went in to buy a headlight for my car and the salesman came out to my car and checked to see if he was selling me the correct one. He also replaced the bulb for me which was oh-so helpful being the car was new to me at the time and I had no idea how to go about changing it. Thank you for your thoroughness and help! You don't see that kind of service a lot these days :)

Tony SAVED ME a few weeks. Car battery died. Autozone didn’t have the battery I needed so I had to walk over to another store to get my battery (car was DEAD). Called AAA but they said they wouldn’t swap in the new battery I bought. Didn’t have the tools to do it myself. And Tony, who works Autozone, saw I was distraught in the parking lot. He offered to replace the battery. Didn’t care where I bought it from. Only wanted to make sure I wasn’t stuck someplace I didn’t want to be. He even changed the battery in the pouring rain! Really, really awesome dude! Exceptional service! He came to check on me later to make sure everything was okay. Happy to have met him. He's a really good person, and makes me always want to go to Autozone moving forward. They did an AMAZING job hiring him! Thank you so, SO MUCH!

I don’t have much experience with cars, but the worker definitely knew what she was doing. She was amazing help! Very friendly and helpful.

Sometimes it's hard to get a what can I help you with thank you and come again and . purchasing alternator from competitors 2 Doors Down to not working after coming and replacing starter thinking is that was our problem was not alternator tested as good was not . we we went to AutoZone. AutoZone in Benton Illinois. Not only was the part we purchased from them not working and approved they went out of their way or as far as out of the way for most what I consider just to be perfect customer service driving 40 miles to neighboring Town retrieving it and not only that they have gone out of your way to supply tools information and above all just nice darn men manager's name is Tony B and his helper a red shirt guy. I'm not being the best mechanic or even considered myself to even own hardly a rinse didn't mean to they were extremely and professional and knowledgeable. As far as the marketing coaching myself the store was clean it looks magnificent and 100% of my business if I ever need it let's hope we don't will be at AutoZone Benton Illinois applause applause AutoZone Benton Illinois thanks again guys

The staff went out of their way to make sure I was ok when I got dizzy and lightheaded. They made sure I had a place to sit down and a cold bottle of water. After I felt better, they carried my purchases out to my car.

We shop here a lot and save a ton by being members. Love this place.

Always great assistance. Knows what I am looking for even when all I have is a picture or a description. Will never go anywhere else.
