Where do you go when you need a notary? Wells Fargo of course! They were very helpful. No need to travel all the way to the title company we were able to do the closing on a property right here down the street at Wells Fargo! Convenient and quick!

I received excellent customer service when i went into Wells Fargo today. Mitzi is full of life! She's got the brightest smile and the most friendly demeanor! Give that lady a raise!

The only problem with this Decatur Tx branch is the ATM machine, I went their again to withdraw some money that I needed for this evening and AGIAN the Machine was out of order only excepted deposits.why is this a constant problem! This seems to happen at least once to twice a month and I spoke with the branch manager and she informed there working on the problem, well this is going on a year now.
Please keep up with your customers demand for especially weekend ATM cash withdrawals.

There used to be more Well Fargo locations in this area to some fool decided to close most if them down. Be prepared to stand in line, average wait for a banker has been an hour, and teller, about 10 mins. ATM is often out of money or not working. People who work there are super nice.

Called to see what they would need to open an account for my teen who has thousands of dollars to deposit, and they aren't opening accounts today, they are booked. I've never heard of a bank that doesn't want a new customer and doesn't want to take your money. Very odd.

It's a sign to bank elsewhere. Other banks roll out the red carpet for new accounts. This branch apparently already hit their quota for the month. I think it's a Decatur TX issue.

Don't bank here. Won't cash checks. Unless you have an account there.

I have not been a happy customer for some time now. I used to bank at the walmart location. Here lately Wells Fargo has only been interested in shutting down locations and not helping customers. I completely can't understand why they've been shutting down all the all the atm's especially the one on 51. It's an established banking location that's still open and yet they've got the atm there that you cant get cash at. Make no since at all.

Leaving 1 Star because it doesnt give an option for a 0...this Bank is not good for the elderly...they are really good at taking ones money without notification or prediscussing with accountholder as to why that theyre going to do so. They blame it on the fact that all info is online to view but they dont take into consideration alot of the elderly arent technologically saavy to do online statements or accounts. These people need to be run out of the banking business altogether. Im severly frustrated because I had hoped to return to using them when I come back home...but not anymore and I plan on warning all of my family members & Associates.

Terrible service called tried to get auto-pay that have been stopped to be stopped in my account and they want to charge me that a customer for a long time looking for a new bank hopefully treated better there

Wells Fargo customer service has gotten really bad in the last 12 months I think is time to change banks its really not worth banking with them anymore.

I can’t believe they closed the ATM by the downtown square. Wells Fargo service is at a new low ( not saying much).

They close down to other branches here in Decatur they only have one and it looks extremely busy, why not put to ATM machines!

Several thousand employees waiting for their payroll checks to hit their banks....and no one at the bank knows what is going on.

I would give negative stars if possible.
