Golden Trails Senior Apartments

I have lived here for a year and am quite pleased. The apts. are roomy & comfortable 1-2 bedroom units. Leases are affordable, has weekday Office Manager & Maintenance Man whom both aim to please. I have had some minor issues; quickly taken care of. The activities coordinator has crafts, fitness, sign language classes, games, movie night, bible study (to name a few) for the residents to participate in, plenty of parking, inside apt. entrance with evening lock down of entrances doors during the night with a pass key residents use during those times. I fully intend to renew my lease for the next year.

Visited this facility and I am very pleased with how nice and upkept the grounds are. I spoke with Dorothy in the office, and she was very kind and respectful. Will definitely be considering this complex for my mother.

Great place to live. Been here a little over 2 years, since the opening. Everyone looks out for each other. Great staff and management. Goes above and beyond to help residents in many ways. 😊💖

I am a resident here and have been living here since day one when this Senior Community opened up 2 years ago and I love living here and all the Management Staff and Maintenance here are very nice and professional and this community is always well maintained we are all family here a great place to call home. 😀😍

Very nice quiet place. Newly built and definitely spacious!

Very bad experience. Got charged for rug replacement which when a tenant has lived there two years is done auto magically. We cleaned the apartment before we left. Including shampooing the carpet. But a charge for replacement of said carpet was taken from deposit. Said there was pet stains and Urine smell, my dog was house broke. Everything was cleaned including microwave. What was left was normal wear and tear. Anyhow after they got through Nick picking I only got $112 out of a $641 deposit. If I had the funds I would sue to have them prove the damages and the need for the apartment needing to be cleaned.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE! THERE IS A THIEF LIVING HERE. THAT THIEF STOLE MY CLOTHES OUT OF THE WASHER ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2023. THIS BUILDING HAS A FEW CODE VIOLATIONS....THERE IS NO SMOKE DETECTOR IN THE KITCHEN AREA AT ALL. THIS PLACE IS NOT DEAF-FRIENDLY. I HAVE 2 SMOKE DETECTORS WITH STROBE LIGHTS, BUT I CANNOT SEE THEM FROM MY DESK IN THE CORNER OF THE KITCHEN. AND MY APARTMENT IS NOT HC ACCESSIBLE! I BECAME PERMANENTLY DISABLED IN APRIL 2023. WHEN I WAS BEING DISCHARGED FROM THE HOSPITAL IN MAY 2023, I ASKED FOR HELP GETTING HOME AND NO ONE WAS WILLING TO DRIVE TO THE HOSPITAL TO PICK ME UP AND GO PICK UP MY DOG FROM THE BOARDING VET! IN NOVEMBER 2022, I WAS SICK ONE NIGHT AND HAD TO TAKE MY DOG OUTSIDE THE BACK PATIO, ONE OF THE DOGS WAS NOT ON A LEASH, THAT DOG VICIOUSLY ATTACKED MY MOCHA FOR NO REASON! I COULD BARELY PICK HER UP AND THAT VICIOUS DOG KEPT ATTACKING MY BABY GIRL! THE OWNER OF THAT DOG VIOLATED THE LEASE, PERIOD! I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE! IF YOU HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER OF YOUR OWN, IF NOT, WASH YOUR CLOTHESE AT YOUR OWN RISK! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT OF THIS AWFUL PLACE! AND THE MANGER IS NO BETTER! BY THE WAY, THERE ARE BUGS IN THIS BUILDING!!!!! YOU WILL FIND BUGS EVERYWHERE! I'VE BEEN LIVING WITH ROACHES AND OTHER BUGS EVERYDAY! THEY SPRAY EVERY UNIT EVERY 3 MONTHS AND IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!
