Employees are so friendly and neatly maintained coffee area. The best out of lot of Starbucks on the way from Austin area to Texas
Could also use restroom as mother’s lounge if required. It’s that much cleaner.

Alden was so sweet when helping me and my friends this morning. He misheard the name on the order, and asked again to make sure he got it right. My friend’s name is always spelt wrong and no one cares to fix it, but Alden did. He also made a point to ask what the occasion was, and asked about where me and my friends were going for a bachelorette party and congratulated my friend. It was a breath of fresh air to have a Starbucks employee seem like they really like their job and aren’t miserable, something that is rare for me when going to Starbucks. The coffee was great and our drive-thru experience was speedy. Thank you Alden for a big smile and great conversation! I definitely recommend this Starbucks for those passing through!

Standard Starbucks. Clean restrooms and quality coffee. Also snacks for our kiddo. Stopped here for a bathroom break and refreshment. The bathroom toilet was not auto flush. And there were paper towels above the auto dryer.

What a great place to re-charge, esp if the tall red-head guy is working. I’ll get his name next time. His customer service was an 11/10 !! My whole family left with a smile & was certainly re-energized and they haven’t even sipped their coffee yet. 😆 All bc of “Red” - thank you for spreading Joy. It was evident that you love working at this West TX Starbucks 💚

We always go through the drive thru. Coffee is great and people are nice.

Love their cheddar bacon bites! They're the perfect morning treat paired with a coffee! I always get the Caramel macciato for my coffee. Very nice brand new Starbucks! Beautiful restaurant.

Came here on a Tuesday around 6pm, great fast service, flavors were spot on, mixed perfectly.

Really nice staff, service was great, and the atmosphere was so calm and inviting. Every time I come to this Starbucks, no matter what barista serves me, they're always so nice and apologize if there's a wait for my order. 10/10, would definitely recommend to a friend.

Was looking to buy a stainless steel coffee tumbler and amazingly found it here while traveling from Fort Worth to Houston. Happiest 🥰 day.

I love this location. The are always very friendly and very quick even when you go inside. I know that's basically a thing at Starbucks, but I feel like this along with the very layer back chill vibe of this location makes it one of the best Starbucks physical store locations.

On my way home from Dallas, this place is exactly like my favorite place in San Antonio . Were R favorite Starbucks bar none. As a Starbucks loyal customer since 1992 and throughout the 13 states that we’ve lived in.
Service, Consistent quality drinks.

I feel like this is the best Starbucks in TX!! I live in Dallas and drive I-35 often and regularly choose to stop at this Starbucks over anywhere else due to the incredibly friendly staff and clean store. Highly recommend :)

I go almost every morning and every single time my expectations are exceeded! The staff is amazing; they are patient and helpful, the drinks are delicious, and even when the line is long the wait time isn’t. Easily my favorite Starbucks!

Stopped by on the way back to Austin. Glad we did. Got a mocha and Carmel something. I'm not too picky of a coffee drinker so I let her put what ever twist she wanted in it. Nailed it! Was really good.

I just visited the Starbucks in West, TX and I was blown away with the cleanliness, high energy and smiling faces. What a wonderful way to start the weekend. The team had synergy and were happy! Hats off to this team, the management and Starbucks!
