Great service! Flawless ordering system! Awesome personal customer service! Extraordinarily clean from top to bottom and a wonderful modern state of the art restaurant that forced a double take when I walked in!

My sister and I refer to this location as The Good McDonalds. We like McDonald’s but this one is consistently better than the rest. Fast, hot food, friendly staff, clean interior, the right amount of salt on the fries, etc. Every box is always checked. Today Joseph really just blew me away though. Maybe he didn’t mean to but my tray looked like it had been thoughtfully organized. He asked if I needed anything else and wished me a good day. And I heard him having the same conversation with others. He was incredibly polite, helpful and friendly, and he clearly took ownership in his job. Please get that young man some extra recognition because he was running that cafe like he owned it today.

Ok yall if you have tried a mcgang bang you absolutely have got to try one! It's not on the menu and alot of McDonald's won't know what your talking about so you may have to explain to them that its a mcdouble cheeseburger with a chicken patty or a spicy chicken patty between the 2 hamburger patties. Go get yalls mcgsng bang on!! You won't regret it :)

I stopped at this location a couple times recently and I was pleasantly surprised that they have made real improvements to their friendliness and speed of service in the drive-thru! The young lady that appears to be a manager works very hard to be courteous and attentive to get the order right and it seems that other workers are seeing her as a good example and they are following her lead on providing better service! Keep up the great job!

This is a good McDonald's, I'm usually only here for breakfast, but they are always quick.

It was an awesome experience and everyone was nice. Would go again when in town!!

Good service, good food, good McDonald's

Brand new location! Very nice and clean inside and service was quick however it was a while after the lunch rush.

I ordered the fish sandwich which was hot, very flaky and cooked perfectly. The bun and sauce were fresh. Hubby got the quarter pounder and he really enjoyed it. French fries were hot too. I think they need help though. Fairly new McDonald's in West, Texas. We ate about 2:00 pm. We'll definitely go back when we go through that way on I35.

Great, most of the time. I do wish they had the fountain drinks in the dining area. You have to ask at the counter for refills, which can be difficult if they are busy. Customer Service is better then other McDonald's I've been to. They are friendly, but sometimes no one is at the front for dine in customers. Some of us don't want to use the self order boards. My food has always been good. But overall, I will choose this location over the other McDonald's in the Waco area.

Very good and fast service.

Service was friendly and quick. Food was hot and fresh with fair portions. Grease was not old. Tea was fresh brewed and not "off" like when some places don't clean their tea carafe/spigot. They gave us napkins without being asked and plenty of sauce for nuggets.

Great breakfast and morning crew. I have been about three times in the past week and the morning crew is really great. When they are not waiting on customers they are cleaning the eating areas. Dining room is spotless. I read some of the other reviews and I guess the new store and new crew were just learning and getting use to things at first. Food is served hot and without the usual McDonalds "I'm mad about working here" attitude.

Very impressed and satisfied with the speediness friendliness and having a working ice cream machine so my son could enjoy his Grimace Shake for grimace's birthday! Thank you thank you thank you!

So…we haven’t been to McDonalds for probably 8 or more years. Every location in Waco was so awful, and ALWAYS out of ice cream. I though we would give the West location a try because it’s new, so surely the ice cream machine must work. I have now gone 5 times over the course of 4-5 weeks, and every single time we have had wonderful service in a timely fashion. Food is fresh and my teenagers even comment how nice everyone is every time. Highly recommend!
Oh- and their ice cream machine is always working!

The drive through line was short and moved quickly. The employees were friendly and my order was correct. My food was hot and fresh and I will stop by this location again.

It was great surprisingly. I went there for a hot cappuccino but off late 8 out of 10 Mc Ds they don't have cappuccino and they say the machine is out which is really upsetting. I travel a lot but I miss my cappuccino at most places. After drinking at Mc Donald's I don't like my coffee and Cappuccino anywhere. So pls make sure it's available in all branches of Mc Donald's.

The food was fresh and hot to order and the staff was very friendly courteous and I recommend McDonald's to all my family and friends get them some great McDonald's he'll be happy they did and they will be happy that they did

Rarely makes mistakes on orders & quickly prepares you if they're having to clean their McFrappe machine (main reason I go to McDonald's)

Friendly service and usually speedy even when they are short staffed. Love this location since I don't have to travel into town as much
