Honestly in love with this place. Me and my boyfriend went in thinking why not just try. We have had a rough past 2 years and are still recovering and Brenda got us both into new vehicles!!!!! Eric introduced me to Jeff Davis in sales. I couldn't have gotten a better salesperson even if I chose them. Jeff really was patient with my pickiest concerns and requirements for my new truck, and he went way above and beyond more than any salesperson I've ever dealt with in purchasing anything.

We are driving from Austin, to Dallas. Our tire pressure showed one tire was down to 10psi. Our car is not a Chevrolet, but we stopped there. Everybody could not have been nicer. They spent a good amount of time looking for the leak. When they discovered the problem, they wouldn’t take any payment or tip. Luke was our service rep and could not have been nicer!

There I was. Broke down on the side of the road enroute to my destination in West, TX on Sunday night. Best of a bad situation being that the exit I took had a Chevy dealer and a hotel right next to each other. Spent the night at the hotel and went to the dealership first thing in the morning. Explained my situation to the service manager and that I didn’t have an appointment. The service manager never missed a beat and said no problem, we’ll get you taken care of. Your mechanics went right to work and got me back on the road within a few hours.

We had a great experience with Chevrolet of West! Came in looking for an upgrade for my wife’s vehicle and Ty was extremely professional. He didn’t try and give us the run around, he took care of business, and got us into the perfect vehicle, exactly what we were looking for and took care of us the entire time. Would definitely recommend. They make you feel like part of the family.

No Pushy Sales Tactics: I greatly appreciated the fact that Ty, and the sales team did not employ any pushy or aggressive sales tactics, unlike many dealerships out there. They allowed me to explore the available options at my own pace and provided all the necessary information without any pressure. This made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.

Tyler Korenek was the main reason this deal did not fall through. He provided an exceptional, very transparent, and pleasant buying experience. I buy a lot of cars, and he was the best sales person I have dealt with.

I find it concerning that the sales rep tore up my information and disposed of it in a waste basket. Instead of putting it in a shred bin. It had vital information on it. Birthday phone number etc. Also, my windows were not cleaned on the inside. But I do appreciate that my floor mats were scrubbed and armoured. Thank you

Everyone was very kind. Shop appears short staffed as we had to wait for almost 2.5 hrs.
It would have been nice if someone could have given us updates on progress once in a while.
