Had exactly what I needed and the service was great

I hate that this store may go under because I have always loved it, especially during Halloween.

On March 31st (the day before my Mom’s birthday) and 2 minutes before they closed, I arrived at this particular Party City location. I felt terrible seeing that they were about to close, I should have checked the stores hours before driving there. The employees let me know about their hours and still welcomed me in. I ran to the birthday aisle and grabbed everything that I needed. The employees were courteous and even asked if I needed any balloons/extras. Mom’s birthday bash was extra special because of the decorations I got that day. Thank you Party City staff for being so helpful and not turning me away last minute, I really appreciate you guys!

They go the extra mile for their customers. I needed balloons for a party and it was too late to order online. I called to order them, but they did not take payment over the phone. The salesperson pulled the balloons and had everything ready so when I arrived and paid, she got them ready quickly.

The manager was great here! Even helped me take advantage of some business discounts that I didn't know about. I will definitely frequent this establishment for all my PR party needs!

Absolutely LOVE this store. The staff, although obviously new, is amazingly friendly and seem to enjoy their work. The store is not over-cluttered. Great asset to the city!

I love party city haha!! I like getting the candy. There is s section where you can fill up your basket with as much as you like and it's only 10 cent a piece!! Which is stinking awesome! There is decorations for all types of parties no matter the age young or old. Even for 100th bday. So ni Ave limits here for sure and EVERT theme you can imagine.

Excellent customer service and the manager went above and beyond to help me with the issue i was having using the online ordering process
