VCA Deer Creek Animal Hospital

We have 2 cats and 2 dogs that we bring to this location and I have had nothing but incredible experiences! The staff are always so organized, honest, and kind. I have literally bought specific dental treats, cat litter, and all different kinds of things that they recommended and they have been game changers. Aside from regular visits, one of our dogs was recently neutered and had a dental cleaning done. Summer and Dr. Bulanda were so professional and AMAZING with our little guy. Everything went so well and I was left with no worry or questions. Alyssa is great and so helpful every time I call/visit. The staff here are truly a wealth of information and have helped me take the best care possible of my pets. Thank you so much!

Dr. Bulanda and the whole team here at Deer Creek are amazing! They always treat my pets as if they were their own and while some people might consider them expensive compared to other vets, I can’t place a price tag on phenomenal customer service and bedside manner. They literally saved my cat’s life. I will always go to Deer Creek as long as I live in the area! It’s hard to find such a great and loving vet team.

This is our first actual visit with one of our own babies to bring them in. The amount of care and compassion was so amazing they made us feel like family. We will take all of our four-legged family to them. Thank you so much Summer.

Dr Bulanda and her team were AMAZING with my cat, Willie. He wouldn't be in such great shape (or possibly alive) if it wasn't for their recommendations and care for him. Communcation was great as well. Highly recommend VCA Deer Creek for all vet services!

The vet I use for my dog recommended VCA for my guinea pig. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and super informative. Answered all my questions, and kept my mind at ease while dealing with my piggie's URI. They always follow up to make sure things are going well after the visit. I definitely recommend this location!

My first time at the vet. I took a stray kitten found on the side of the road. They were very nice, caring, and helpful. They give you free gifts for your first visit as a starter kit for your pet

This practice has been a great home base of kitty care for the past two years. I really feel like the staff care about my little old lady as they always fuss over her when I bring her in. Dr. Covarrubias has gone above and beyond in communicating with me about what is best for my cat, and I appreciate it so much.

VCA deer creek staff is always friendly and helpful. They take care of our fur babies and reptiles. Their vet tech Summer is awesome with all of our pets! We are so grateful to have a Veterinarian that takes care of mammals and reptiles.

I can't speak highly enough about VCA Deer Creek and it's staff. They are always polite and have provided excellent care for all of my pets. They have been there for the good, the bad, and the in-between and I am grateful for the care that has been given to each of my animals. Definately recommend bringing your pets here.

Dr. Tayrien and the rest of the VCA staff are amazing! They sincerely care about the animals. They took care of my dog, made her feel comfortable (which isn't exactly easy). I completely trust their advice and knowledge. They are also reasonably priced! But the biggest thing for me was receiving a text from the doctor asking about how my dog was doing. Checking in to make sure that she was feeling better and doing good. That means everything to me! I have 3 fur-babies and for them to go out of their way to send me a text just to check in, is very comforting. They really do care - I can't stress this enough! Love Them!!! Dr Lauren Foster was awesome very caring and informative!! The entire staff is very caring and very informative. The cost was very affordable unlike some places. I would definitely recommend this clinic to EVERYONE!! I drive from Arlington and it's worth the drive. They love your animals as much as you love them. My baby unfortunately has a fatal health problem but she has been so very helpful with solutions she even consulted others to help us he was taken care of so very well and I trust him with them more than I've ever trusted anyone with him. They have gone above and beyond for us and we are so appreciative for everything!!!!

Wonderful place! Today was my first time visiting with my dog. I'm very picky about where I take my fur baby and I have definitely found her new animal hospital. All staff was friendly and they worked in a timely and efficient manner. My dog was seen by Dr. Foster and you can just tell how much she loves animals. I unfortunately can not recall the technician's name, but she was just as amazing. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

Great place. First time visit during COVID restrictions. And they were more than accommodating. We haven't been able to get into a few vet clinics nearer to us due to most not accepting new patients. And This one was highly recommended by a few friends of ours. We were helped immediately and you can tell these people enjoy their job. Our dog was welcomed and loved from greeting to return. Got us caught up on missed vaccinations and helped us to get the best deal as to what is worth our time and money. The vet tech that helped us was so awesome knowledgable and helpful with our many questions. Thank you. Look forward to continuing here.

Great experience. The staff is very friendly and did a great job checking my dogs health. They were very informative about what they were doing when it comes to procedures. My dog needed blood work done and they explained in full detail what each item on the report represented and had great information for treatments. I could not ask for better care for my dogs. I will be a repeat customer.

I went to Deer Creek for a second opinion after being recommended by 3 different friends of mine. They were very informative and are not out to run up your bill like most vets tend to do. They were very kind and got me in quickly to address my concerns. Definitely worth driving 30 minutes to see them for any of my veterinary needs! I'll recommend to anyone!

Staff here is pleasant and friendly. The prices are affordable. They see cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, and other animals. This is where we take our ferret for check ups. Very quick with appointments. They even sent us a Christmas card! They will email you a reminder for your appointment. Even when I'm a few minutes late they're great!

They were so kind and friendly. Gave my new puppy a thorough check up.

We love the staff. They are so caring for our pets .They answered all my questions and did follow up calls to make sure our pet was doing ok.When it came time to make that hard decision about our little guy, again they were there for us.I cannot say enough good things for this animal clinic. My dogs love the providers and staff at this location!

One of my breeding meat rabbits was injured overnight. Took me 2 hours and 22 veterinarians later ( I live in Bosque County)to find anywhere that treat rabbits. Thankfully they do. They were able to get me in early afternoon and were timely, courteous, and informed me of all the options and treatment for each option. They were great and I would definitely recommend them.
