Warranty issue honored! A month or so ago Express oil services the AC in my 2010 Mustang. It was diagnosed as being low on refrigerant. Once they evacuated and recharged the system, a dye was inserted to find any leaks. No leaks were found visually or by using their sniffer. I was advised to keep an eye on it and bring it back if it failed. In a normally 100 degrees day here in SE Texas I checked my wiper fluid and noticed that the shrader valve on the suction side of the AC was bubbling dye. Just before closing Monday they checked it and ordered the parts needed. I was aware that I would be paying for refrigerant but the manager reminded me that their labor was guaranteed and it would be at no charge. So I returned this morning and the bad parts were replaced and I drove out about an hour later with a COLD AC for less than 100 dollars. I highly recommend Express oil change for your AC Needs!!!!!

I decided to come get an oil change here on my 30-minute lunchbreak and these guys were so fast that I still had time to sit down and enjoy my lunch afterwards! Thanks to Eugene and others! Highly recommend!

My check engine light came on so I stopped in and Phillip ran the codes for me, topped off my oil and advised me of next steps. Super nice and professional! I will definitely be back!

Can we talk about how excited I am that there is an Express Oil Change in my neck of the woods!!!

I usually go to a random nearby Conroe automotive spot a lot due to not having a reputable one near me, but when I got word that company was opening up near my house I was ecstatic!

Customer Service:

The manager (Terrance) at this new location is amazing! He’s super knowledgeable and very friendly. Listen, I’m a stickler about good customer service and he exceeded my expectations today. I’ve visited other locations, but his positive energy and patients was top-tier. As a vehicle owner it’s NEVER FUN bringing your car in for maintenance… I mean I don’t know about anyone else, but every time I take my car in to be serviced, I always find myself having a tad bit of anxiety, BUT NOT TODAY! In addition to the work that I needed done, they did a great job recommending additional services without making me feel pressured, and I really appreciate that!

Timing:

Believe it or not, I was on my lunch break! They did a great job with getting me in and out in an efficient and effective manner. I even had time to grab a quick lunch.

Overall:

Very clean/organized shop and the team here is awesome! I’m so happy they finally opened. If you’re looking for a very trustworthy and reliable automotive shop, this is the place to come! NO MORE TRIPS TO CONROE for me! The fresh coffee is prefect for a early morning/afternoon visit. Oh, and I will bring my family cars here too!

Brake lights were out. Phillip checked the bulbs and the bulbs were good, so he checked the fuse. Bad fuse, so he put in a new fuse and I was back on road in just a few minutes. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
