Lonnie was so helpful! After we went to a different Conns location where they had no clue what they were doing we went to he Conns in Burleson and Lonnie was so much help as soon as we walked in! He made the process so easy and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting! Thank you again Lonnie!

We had a pleasant experience here. Came in to shop for a mattress, and we left with one. The salesman, I believe his name was Lenny, was very helpful and patient with us. We had a hard time making up our minds, but he didn't make us feel rushed or pressured in any kind of way. We appreciated his professionalism!

Chris did an amazing job at helping us. We will definitely be back. He made the process of buying a fridge, couch, and bunk bed super easy. Definitely recommend Conn’s of Burleson!

Jason was great! I haven’t bought new furniture or appliances for some time and dreaded going into a store. Jason made the entire process so easy. He took the time to walk me around, answer my questions, which were many, and was very patient while I made decisions going back-and-forth between products. I found what I was looking for and am super excited to have these products in my home!!

Didn't have much inventory. But I ended up with a nice BIG table.... Edit. I'm now giving 5 stars because I now have the table I originally wanted. The mgr Jerry was the best at making that happen. Happy to be a Conn's customer

Brad was very patient as I had to test out every couch in the place. He didn’t hover over us, really no one did. They gave us time to make a decision and answered any questions we had. Brad went into detail explaining insurance coverage and details about it as well as our delivery. This is the second time we have used Conns and will continue in the future as well.

My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase at Conn's as well with Brad help in the Burleson store. Brad was able to get us what we were looking for and without breaking the bank.

There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery of my washer and dryer set and I was very frustrated to say the least. Franco stepped up to the plate and made everything right in short order! I really appreciate the willingness to make sure I had the best experience with Conn's possible. Also, their appliance salesman Lonnie really knows his stuff and has a great attitude. Thank you guys!!

Great customer service at Conn's in Burleson! I had tried to replace my daughter's laptop by using Conn's online & was finding conflicting reports about availability. The sales person at Conn's took care of the problem in about 20 minutes! I walked out relieved & with the laptop in hand. Thank you.

Our refrigerator went out last week, over 10 year's old . Went to Conn's got a great deal , that we can afford. Chris our salesman not pushy at all , made the experience more enjoyable.

Was greeted the moment we walked in the door. A salesperson approached us quickly introduced himself and asked what we were shopping for. We told him he gave us a quick rundown of what was where, said he would be nearby if we had questions. He let us shop in peace and was helpful when we had questions. All in all it was a pleasant stress free experience.

Byron was very helpful on the phone as well as when I arrived at the store, very courteous and also professional. He kept me abreast of what was going on even though it took a little while to get my process completed, because it was just taking a little longer than he or I expected. He was great and I will recommend him and Conn's to all my friends and family. Very happy customer

The gentleman who helped us was very nice and polite. He also kept us informed of the deals on products. He did up sale and did it in such a way it helped and was not pushy. He had a great smile and very well mannered. He also explained all policies and contract from beginning to end.
