If a human being at this location ever answers the phone or returns your call, you'll feel like you won the Powerball lottery. You're chances are better of winning the Powerball than getting anyone to answer the phone here and that's too bad, Dr. Laing is a good physician but her office is run terribly. The only hope you have of talking to a human being is going up there in person. After being there for over an hour I never heard the phone ring once. I have zero doubt a hundred phone calls went into the infinity phone system never to be heard from and that this contrivance is a purposeful convenience.

My husband liked the doctor fine but her phone receptionist is rude and not helpful, if you can get them to even answer the phone. My biggest complaint is that they filed a $35 co-pay on our credit as deliquent when my husband thought he paid it. There were no phone calls or reminder letters because that would require people skills—just straight to a mark on our credit. Dr. Lang Im sorry, but you need better support staff to get good recommendations.

I love Dr. Laing and her nurse, Trish. However, her office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have called, left four (4) messages for her office manager, sent three (3) faxes, etc. and still have ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I am needing two (2) different referrals. One is to my cardiologist. With me having a heart problem, I HAVE TO HAVE my cardiologist. I am at my wits end!!!

Extremely ignorant staff. All my wife wanted to do was schedule an appointment and they were extremely rude and hostile and mental. I would give this place less than 1 star if I could.
