FreeUp Storage Aubrey

What an amazing experience! I know not many people say that about moving into a storage unit but the manager (Laura) was exceptional, extremely helpful, very attentive, and answered all of our questions. I was moving my daughter into a unit and Laura brought us water. Thank you so much to the management of this facility, I will absolutely be recommending it to anybody looking for storage place. She made a stressful situation so much better! Thank you Laura!

Tara is just amazing!!! She took her time in answering all of my questions and gave me detailed information to make me feel secure in storing in a climate-controlled unit at Free-Up!!! Love the changes made at the facility, everything looks clean and crisp! You can tell by the level of professionalism amd customer service that Tara takes great pride in this facility and what it offers. She always has a smile on her face, responds quickly to texts/emails and never disappoints in getting me taken care of! It gives me great comfort to know that I am viewed as a person and not just a number or dollar sign at Free-Up in Aubrey, TX!! Go see Tara-she-ll take great care of you!!

I have not seen the facility but if it is anywhere close to the level of their employees then I have no doubt it is great. Laura and David were fantastic. Good communication. Worked to ensure all the questions were answered and the entire process was easy. Very competitive rates and flexible options.

I’ve had my RV at FreeUp storage for 2 years now with no problems. Someone hit the fence , they fixed it next day . Someone hit the entry gate and bent it , they fixed it immediately. The Manager Tara works super hard , always walking around the property checking things out , cleaning, , whatever needs done . She truly cares about the tenants and the property.
