5 stars store, Small and family owned, usually they are the ones working behind the counter, always friendly and ready to help with any questions. What makes this store one of; if not the best store I've visited through the years, is that they do not overprice their products. I usually buy my mods online because it's up to $50 dollars cheaper than buying it at a physical store, one day I went to the this store and found the exact same mod I almost bought online for a few extra dollars, I bought it there instead of waiting for delivery time, and delivery fee, their prices are almost the same as most online stores, and you still get reward points for discounts on future purchases, I strongly recommend this store, they have a wide variety of flavors, devices, even a Bitcoin ATM machine inside.

My brother and I were in search of good vapor and the two sales people working helped us find exactly what we needed! They were super friendly and their shop is beautiful! 10/10 recommend their shop! I love that they have a tip jar, would have put $100 if I had it on me. They deserve it !

Jackson was not only helpful but he was passionate about the products this store had to offer. He took the time to show us how everything works and greeted us with a warm smile and an enthusiastic spirit. I highly recommend making Action Vape your home for vapor products.

My boyfriend and I haven been going here for awhile. The staff is extremely nice and helps us with everything. We love how we can taste the juice before buying, ask questions about mods/tanks. The Owner is such a sweetheart. We love coming here to relax and play some pool or Xbox. We moved to McKinney but still make the hour long drive just to support this store.

I started going here when I moved here from Philadelphia. I have checked out a few other shops and none of them compare to this one. It helps that they carry a line of juice that was created in Philadelphia that I used to always vape at home. Not only that their juice selection is plentiful, their customer service is always great. They have a large selection of hardware from small devices to large. Typically have all the things I need and if it's not in stock they fix it promptly.

Stopped by this store while out visiting relatives one weekend. Great location, right on the corner near a red light so it was easy to spot. They have a large selection of e-liquid. The lady working there was very friendly - her name is Jennifer.

They had what I needed when another shop didn’t. The service was friendly, and I was able to buy an individual pod and coil instead of an entire pack. If you need Caliburn G pods/coils this is your best bet in the area.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Didn't try to up-sell me gave me what I needed.

Update- So I purchased a Smok Novo from them and after less than a month it would not hold a charge. I reached out to Action vape through their website and they told me to swing by the shop and have it replaced. The next day i went to the store with my defective device in tow and they replaced it after they confirmed that there was in fact something defective with mine. Very pleased with the customer service. I will be back and I recommend these guys for any of you looking for a vape store.

This is my go to vape shop, they know customer service. I’ve shopped here for a few months now as a newbie to vaping. They’ve always been here to help and answer any questions. My sub ohm tank was dropped and instead of selling me on a new one, the owner repaired mine while I waited (no charge). Awesome service, thank you Action Vape Co.!

I started using Smokin Crow about 2 months ago,, I'm new to vaping, about 8 months now. I was going to what I now know was not a very professional vape shop. When your new to something you don't have anything to compare it to. Well all the staff at Smokin Crow are so nice, they don't make you feel like an idiot because you don't know all the "vape lingo" I didn't realize the quality of liquids out there until I went to Smokin Crow. Bottom line, they have great customer service, great products, make you feel welcome and comfortable and answer all your questions, no matter how dumb you might feel asking.

Great owner with great products for vaping. Has a pool table, great music and informative staff. Very comfortable place and whether new to vaping or been doing it a while what you need is there.
