This was a great place for our overnight stay. Everyone is incredibly friendly. Had a wonderful experience talking to Linda in the front. Also had a great conversation with their site engineer Peter. Beautifully kept site. Clean restrooms, showers and laundry rooms. Beyond that, the site was very level, water pressure was great and dump and electrical were in good positions for us. Friendly people all around and will definitely be coming back to this location.

Such a perfect park. We have been to quite a few different parks in multiple states, and by far, this one is our favorite. They have the entire facility centered around being family-friendly. There are two laundry rooms, two sets of 4 showers, 2 dog parks, a pool, game room, tennis/basketball court, and a splash pad. There really isn't much more you can ask for. The management is beyond friendly and helpful. Reasonable rules and prices.

This is by far the nicest RV park we have ever stayed in. The staff was amazing. We were on an unpredictable schedule and they were very accommodating. When we are in the area again there will be no other option but to stay here again. We love it and the grounds were super clean as well. 10+ stars.

Linda and her staff were an absolute blessing to me and my family! They went out of their way to help us and welcome us when we were unexpectedly stranded nearby due to a tire blow-out, as we were passing through town. It was unexpected, but a wonderful place to land. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and beautiful facility!

Very nice! Showers were a pleasant surprise, very new-modern and Clean. Stayed for 3 days and look forward to coming back someday soon.

Only negative is site numbers are very hard to see and read in the dark. Perhaps use reflective or fluorescent numbers.

This is the best RV park we have ever stayed in! The staff is so kind, friendly and supportive. Linda and her staff are top notch! We moved from out of state and stayed in this park for almost a year and had the best experience as full time RVers. The park is so clean and well kept. There are 2 laundry facilities, showers & bathrooms, game room for family & kids, pool, splash pad, basketball court and dog parks. RV spots are very spacious with each having a picnic table. Conveniently located next to the I-35 in central Texas. We would recommend this park to anyone needing long term accommodations, or just a daily or weekly stay.

I called this place home for 5 months!! I came down from Minnesota in October and left in April. It was tough being away from my family. The staff at Belaire Junction made it very easy!! The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating with whatever you needed. Linda is truly a sweetheart she runs a very tight ship and that is good!! There are rules in every RV park I know it can be tough for some to follow. She enforces these rules cause she cares!! Honestly the 3 biggest rules she has 1. Watch your SPEED 2. Clean up after your Dog. 3. Have Fun!!! As far as I’m concerned this is just common sense. If can follow these simple rules this is the place for you even if your passing through our looking for a long term stay!! Linda, Rick, Julia & Meagan thank you for everything!! I will see you soon!! Be Safe!!

After having some difficulty meeting deadlines… I arrived in Temple at 7:30 pm. Buckee’s doesn’t allow boondocks. I tried to find a place to just park for the night. Up to and including the VA hospital- I’m a disabled vet so it can to mind. I didn’t look for Rv parks because it was so late. But the LT at the VA police dept recommend Bel Air. I called not expecting an answer. Linda answered the phone in her light and polite voice. I asked if she had an opening and when she got back in her computer. She said yes, that was the mic drop to my day. I hurried over , they opened the gate and office. Welcomed me inside. After a brief conversation I was well on my way to a safe and wonderful nights rest after a trying day. I would love st say great and wonderful things about all the amenities they have, but alas. The best amenities were that my family and myself were safe in our beds. And I got some much needed rest.

God Bless The Staff at
Belaire Junction RV Park.

Thank you for answering the door and having room at your inn.

I’ve been here since June & just extended to 2023! A great community, a pet friendly RV park very clean. Laundry & shower room (code required for safety) super clean. Gated at night with entry card required.
Linda Vig, Manager and her husband Rick are always ready to help in any way just like family. There are rules, they are enforced, but makes any stay more pleasant and actually just common sense and courtesy.
Slow down (children at play) & dogs being walked ( many bag & disposal stations to help you clean up after fur babies). Would give more stars is available!

I have been here many times and let me just tell you between the management, staff, and even other campers they go above and beyond expectations. It is so nice to know there are still people around that genuinely care about customer service. I call it a resort its not a park thats how great it is! The cleanliness of everything, the care of the sites, activities, and facilities is just great. You have a camper? Need a great get away or a place to call home? Bel-aire is the place for you!

I've been to this park quite a few times, and I have no complaints at all. The overall park is nothing but amazing, including the management, especially Linda and Megan. Amazing place amazing people. If you have a rv and need a place to stay, I highly recommend Belaire.

Great park! Everything is still pretty brand new, which we truly enjoyed. They are still adding on to this park, so will definitely return to see it in the future. The laundry facilities were clean, though they could use more machines. Plenty of single-serve bathroom/shower combos, and the two large dog runs were very much enjoyed by our pups. The park is clean, in good condition, and the staff is friendly. Enjoy your stay!

We started our fulltime rv life in April 2022. Our first 2 months were spent at Belaire Junction in Temple and we would highly recommend it for families, couples or solo travelers. Our dogs loved their walks around the park and the dog park areas. The laundry room was clean and machines were large enough to wash king comforter. The food trucks were a nice change from cooking ourselves. Overall our stay was wonderful and would highly recommend.

We love Belaire Junction! It’s great for pets and families, and has tons of amenities (a different weekly food truck and the dog parks are a hit with us). Linda is amazing and always includes visitors in events and announcements. We’ve been here a year, and love it here!

We have been here a little over a week of a 3 month stay and other then an unusual artic winter storm that's playing havoc with our water source the park is fantastic. Staff is great and park amenities are all first rate.

Love this park! Quiet, safe and friendly. We are full time and find it to be a great place to walk the dog and enjoy the day! Playground and splash park for the kiddos and your choice of two different dog parks for the fur babies. Bonus… if you don’t feel like cooking just wait, there’s probably a food truck on the way! Check in is a breeze and there is always friendly staff eager to help if you need them. Pricing is on point. All spaces are full concrete pads with plenty of space for the trucks and the RV.

Temple, TX
Belaire Junction RV Park
Easily accessible from I-35, just across and 1/4 mile down road from Buc-ees. Approx 120 spaces, mixed back in and pull thru. VERY clean park, with mixed seasonal and passing thru residents. Did not see any "permanent" sites. Secure, with gates locked and password required after dark. Restrooms/showers were CLEAN. Did not use laundry, but it appeared clean with multiple coin operated washers and dryers. Did not use play area, but appeared well maintained. Dog park on one end of campground. Reasonable nightly rates of about $65/night in March. We'd stay again. Only negative is RR tracks on east side of campground, we did not hear them from inside camper, but easily heard outside camper.
