Bellwood Memorial Park Cemetery

Our grandparents are here my mother wanted to be with then. They help my mother set up a way to get this done. Now my Aunt also is there. Yes have talk to a lot of cemeteries that have rules and regulations and require you to get a whole lot or just a cremation. For Our family this is a blessing 🙏. Very nice people very helpful.

Very well kept on every visit we make. Thank you for respecting eternally

Upkeep is terrible. Please at least empty the trash bins.

Update: January 11, 2024, the owners of the cemetery were issued a Cease and Desist order for multiple Texas Health and Human Services Violations. They are not allowed to sell plots, headstones or anything at all. They are still required to maintain the gravesites. They havent removed the 5 or more trees that have split down the middle and fallen over. Looks like someone has had a loved one moved to another cemetery. They are still not doing enough.

July 2023: Just as everyone else has said; this place is absolutely ridiculously neglected. My husband's grandmother was buried in January right at the entrance by the crumbling wall. I have THRICE pulled massive weeds from her grave top. Her headstone finally arrived about a month ago, and whomever installed it, tossed all her flowers and vases to where her feet would be, and again, a massive weed growing out of it. How can anyone overlook it when she's right at the entrance!?! She deserves so much better than this.

My mom and dad are buried there. We bought 4 lots beside them. Our son passed in 2014 and has been such a bad choice that we buried him there. We had them pour a concrete ledge around all and I’m not kidding a child could have done a better job. We said it was not acceptable and they said they would tear it out and refund our money. We finally had them repair it by a reputable company and it was done right. The pads under the benches aren’t any better, one was cracked in half the day they done it and has never been fixed at our request. The sprinklers were to be put inside curbing but not done and mowers have broke them several times and fixed them every time. The lady that helped us get dad’s death date said it cost extra. Paid her and when asked another worker about moms said it’s included when headstone bought. Not happy with this place at all.

My mother and grandfather have been buried since 1988 and they are awful. Just recently been trying to see why her vase was broke off and the headstones you can hardly see anymore cause the grounds. I have reached out so many times and can’t get in touch with anyone. If anyone knows how to get ahold of them please leave message. I have another plot beside it and not sure I want to use it for any family because they aren’t good at all. They have let that place go and don’t recommend it to anyone.

You didn't touch the oak trees I paid for twenty + years. I have personally trimmed them. Now that you have you butchered them taking almost all the limbs leaving little shade.
I write this like you would give a flip.

If we could afford it, we would move our family members who are buried here. It is terribly neglected, from dead trees, missing garden signs, broken entrance wall, potholes, sinking headstones, and the list could go on and on.Almost impossible to get anybody to answer the phone or respond. I've contacted them several times in the last couple of years, and they promise that they are working on these things, but nothing ever changes.

The roads are in such a bad shape.They will not answer my phone calls and will not respond back to me when I leave a message. My whole family is buried there. My grandparents head stone is broken in the middle from being driven across truck or tractor. I still have 2 plots there and my wife said we will not be buried there. I got a head stone for my dad it is wrong it has been about a year still not fixed he will not answer my calls about it.

Shame , shame , shame on the Owner of this cemetery. The Roads are full of potholes, the Flags aren't kept up ( over last 24 yrs we've replaced the flags several times at our expense. Usually display american , Texas & Military flag , only worn out American flag displayed currently) Headstones sinking ! Several Heavy Benches moved , probably to bury someone not replaced. If I could afford to I would relocate Family from this RUN DOWN CEMETERY! Sometimes the death of a loved one is expected & sometimes its a Shock ! Shop around Belton, Temple , Salado even Killeen before you leave put your loved one here .

Edit: waiting 2 years for headstone?!?!? Poor respond from them about anything. Needs mowed. Entrance all broken down. No excuse for this!!! It’s full of veterans…they deserve better!! I’m so sorry Daddy.

He is a shister, lies are all he says. Paid for our mother’s headstone that was never placed, that was ordered 6 months ago!

My grandparents are buried there. I am so disappointed on the care of the perpetual cemetery. Landscaping is awful , potholes everywhere and several of the grave markers are all uneven. So sad that my grandparents bought their plot with the understanding it was going to be maintained it breaks my heart.

I was there this two Sundays ago. The stones were not level and the roads are a mess. Just pouring some concrete every now and then is not fixing a mess. My father's grave has been damaged by a mower. Overall, the place is a mess.

My grandfather and uncle are buried there and therebwas a space next to my grandfather for my grandmother. When my grandmother passed away they broke the rainbow stone that the name plates were on while digging up the space for her. IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER A YEAR OF MY GRANDPARENTS HAVING ABSOLUTELY NO NAME PLATES. ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL. I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE LOCAL AND NATIONAL NEWS NEXT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Brother was buried here a year ago. Paid for the tombstone and a year later still nothing. If you bury a family member here have a lawyer.

Buried my mother there almost two years ago and still no marker. She pre-paid all of that when my dad was buried there years previously.

4 years have past and no names placed on a PURCHASED grave stone. People running this cemetery are horrible people. Horrible

Their perpetual care has a different definition from what I would give it. Many unlevel stones. They are there everyday and see this. They simply choose to ignore. Very disappointed.
