Though I was going through a difficult time the staff made me feel well taken cared for. They took time to explain the process, provide key information and next steps. They went above and beyond to support our needs and provide additional comforting items. I would recommend them especially David to anyone working through the lose if a loved one.

My mom passed away the day before Thanksgiving this year, which we knew would make arranging services and burial more difficult. Keith worked with my sister to find a purple casket (mom’s favorite color) and schedule services for the upcoming weekend, and David was kind enough to meet us the morning of Thanksgiving to make the arrangements and even wore his purple shirt to my mom’s service. The team worked hard to anticipate and meet my family’s needs during the most difficult time in our lives so far. I cannot express the depth of my gratitude.

I felt that the staff was amazingly attentive to our family and our needs throughout every step to honor and bury my sister. I felt like they were there specifically for US even though there were other families there as well. I never felt like anything was too much to ask. The staff was truly sincere and treated our family, and my sister, like we were their own family. This was an extremely hard and sad time for us, but the staff at Scanio Harper was professional and kind and sincere in their condolences for our loss.

We were on vacation in New York when on Thursday 27 July my sister passed away. She had a prepaid plan and Scanio-Harper funeral home in Temple Tx went to the hospital to collect the body and prepare for Cremation. We were able to conduct 95%of our business with the Funeral Home over the phone .The people at Scanio-Harper are the friendliest and most helpful folks anyone could ever want. We were so impressed that we went ahead and pre-planned and prepaid for our own Funeral arrangements with them.

The staff was very professional, yet so kind & helpful during our time of grief. I did not have a clue as to what I needed to do & they were so patient with me while helping my family through this process. They all were so very kind to myself and my family.
