Thank you thank you Ben & your two fellow firefighters (sorry....we are terrible with names) for not giving up after 15 minutes of working feverishly with first the ring cutter which wouldn't even put a scratch on this ring, then the string method of getting the ring off my swollen finger. I was beginning to panic, and I appreciate so much that y'all did not give up with the string, wrapping & unwrapping, over & over & over. God bless all three of you for caring enough to not give up, even when it got very tedious & seemed impossible. You are amazing heroes to us.

If a cat has been stuck up in a day for 3 days is there not anything anyone can do to help? God bless our men that serve our city, and serving those truly in need. I did speak to someone who said they would get back to me, but no response.
