I had been searching long and hard for a 3rd generation 4runner that was in great condition for its age. I stumbled across one that had just been posted on their website that same day. It was perfect for me and I wanted it BADLY. I immediately reached out to them via the website inquiry and Fletcher/Frankie contacted me first thing the next morning. Long story short, ultimately I was not able to get the 4Runner due to unforeseen circumstances. HOWEVER, Frankie and Fletcher were both really great to deal with. As a resident of Pinehurst N.C. and not T.N. they were extremely patient and helpful trying to take care of everything over the phone. Frankie even volunteered to let me know if he ever found another 3rd Gen 4Runner. If I was local to Johnson City I know where I would be looking for a used vehicle!!! Not to say that I won't drive there for the right 4Runner though.

Just bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Frankie. Started working out the deal over chat, then over the phone, was happy to close things out in person with a great guy. Frankie went above and beyond on my Jeep. Upon getting it ready they found an issue with the engine, but had it fixed by a veteran Jeep technician so that my Jeep would be issue free. I drove 3 hours to make the deal and it was well worth it.
