I highly recommend realtor Andrea Dashnea. Andrea showed my boyfriend and me many houses over 4 months and was so patient, knowledgeable and explained the home-buying process to us so we understood. He worked around our schedule to show us houses on the weekends, listened to our wants and concerns and made sure we found a house that was right for us. He made the home-buying process easy. He told us he is a new realtor but he seemed like a seasoned pro. Not only is Andrea professional but a genuinely nice person. We will definitely have Andrea be our realtor again when the time comes.

They are very nice and professional. Megan is awesome and Kenneth is the best in the business. They found us a house in the middle of the pandemic when no one else was in the office working. They were definitely a blessing. I highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again when we look for another house.

Andrea from Sunburst Realty went above and beyond to find me a house within my budget. He was always available, answering my questions, even late into the evening. He was able to negotiate with the seller to pay a majority of closing costs, which in the end ended up getting me credited back over $1,100 in cash. I would highly recommend this real-estate agency, and will be using them in the future.

Christophe was a really good realtor. I've already recommended him to friends and family. We were first time home buyers. He really helped walk us through the process and get the best house for us. Anytime I reached out to him with questions or concerns he replied back very quickly. He communicated well with our lender. Overall, he made our him buying experience so easy. My experience with Sunburst didn’t last long, but it was a good experience nonetheless.
I connected with Sunburst through Zillow when I found a home I was interested in. This was the first time I’d considered home ownership and my first time touring homes so I felt quite lost; Chris set up the tour for me and was very patient & informative.
In the end the timing wasn’t right and I chose to stop looking at homes. I appreciated the fact that Chris was respectful of my decision and didn’t try to push me in to a home just to make a sell - he was polite and just asked that I keep them in mind for the future!

Christophe made my new build home buying experience easy and uncomplicated. He really stayed on the builder to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted.
