Checked in with security after parking in the staging area. He was very friendly and helpful. Went back to my truck and got the text about 10 minutes later to pull around. Had to go back to the road, turn left, then go in the drive after the construction on the left. When I got to the gate, I got the text on which door to check in at and what door to dock. Check-in was easy. After docking, I was empty in less than 30 minutes. Went back to the check-in office to get my paperwork. Upon leaving, security checks the trailer to make sure it's empty, then you're free to go. It's pretty simple.

Delivering watermelons this morning great place. Easy and easy out very nice. Respectable people workers, especially at the Check in gate. God bless all of them and gives them a raise they deserve it

Arrived at 1:30 p.m. for a 4:00 appointment
Called me in at 2:45 and the unload was quick. Good to be back in Texas where folks are friendly

Always fast unloading here. Never here for more than 2 hours, so long as you show up on time. If you miss your appointment, show up and they will reschedule you for the next day.

I made my delivery this morning my appointment was at 07:30 and I was amazed by the way this guys operate their level of organization is top notch.They called me for a door at exactly 07:30 and by 09:30 I had my bills. Everyone here is polite, super friendly and I could tell they love their jobs. Keep up the good work we need people like you everywhere.

My delivery experience was great! I arrived Sunday at least 12 hours before my 3pm appt on Monday. Not knowing you weren't supposed to technically be in lot and check in 2 hrs before your appt. Once I read those reviews I decided to go see if I was going to have to move. The guard was very nice. He checked my appt time and told me to He was trying to see if they were going to take me early. This was 7 something Sunday evening. He called me back and said they were going to take me. By 8 something he called me to go to dock. By 9 something Sunday evening I was empty. Their kindness continued as I unfortunately broke down in the yard while trying to leave and they said if I could make it back to staging area I could stay until my company figured things out. They gave me no problem while on lot til Monday afternoon. So I was one of the blessed ones to get in and out. Thanks!

This facility is under construction, check-in procedure is same. Once you get a text to proceed to gate. You exit to street make a left and proceed appropriately.2 miles to north gate on left side of street.

Easy pass walmart truck entrance next is the staging area, park walk to the guard house bring your CDL or ID
Tk#, Trl#, If reefer the Temp.
And Ur cell#, they call when a door is availble fou you.
Then go to door 422 take the bills there and go to assigned door, wait for the call, THE GREEN LIGHT DOES MEAN THEY ARE FINISH DO NOT PULLED FROM THE DOOR, AGAIN WAIT FOR THE "CALL"

I am amazed at my experience here on the Dry side.
Was called for the dock at my appointment time. The unload was quick. There are no lumper fees . People were super courteous and respectful. Everything thing that is normal S.O.P. at a grocery warehouse didn't happen to me here.
If this is the normalcy here, I will happily be back

This location is 10/10. In and out 2 hours and very friendly too

I Went To Go Deliver A Load, From Hickory, KY.I Had A Delivery Appointment At 6 am Monday Morning.I Checked In At 12 Midnight, And Was Called To To A Dock Door At 5 am.They Finished Unloading Me At 8 am.Very Nice And Respectful Employees.

8/21/22. Well I am amazed! I arrived at 14:10 for a 15:00 (dry grocery) delivery appt. And was empty at 15:35!

I did NOT need a lumper & the paperwork was ready within 30 seconds of returning to the receiving window after getting the green light after getting unloaded.

After reading all the negative reviews about HEB, I was expecting for it to take forever to deliver a load here.

However, I was told that the reason they unloaded me quickly may have been because they don’t start receiving trucks (on a Sunday?) until 15:00, and I was one of the first to check in.

For whatever the reason was, I’m happy to give a positive review for places like this that deserve it. (in my case anyway)

Quicker than HEB Houston!

Don’t get there too early 2 hrs before apt is good. Apt was at 3:30 got a call about 2:40pm or so backed in at was unloaded in like 20 mins

Fast check in nice people little long to unload but over all great place

If you have for example an 8am appointment and you arrive before 12am, they will tell you park on the street and come back and park between 12am -3am....I'm sure if you arrive at 1am the Stage Lot is full....Basically park on the street. Must Park and Walk to Window.....To Check In.....Don't Drive up, you will be told to Park. Got it, Be Safe Drivers!!

Very easy place. Parking for the delivering trucks up front outsode the entrance gate but on property. Check in was midnight and started calling for unloading at 3am. They give a blue slip with dock and Check in door. Plenty space to back in docks. Within minutes of me docking light turned red and truck rocking from being unloaded.

They unload fast today. I was glad to off my load. Quickly.

Delivered dry van load. In&out in 2 hours. Which i think is very reasonable given the size of distribution centre and amount of truck traffic. Very friendly security at check in. Easy in/out. Just park your truck in staging area,, take your drivers license, info about truck and trailer and Truck’s license plate and your paperwork and walk to the security on walkway (not road). Proper signage is on premises. Overnight parking in staging area as well.
