Rick was incredibly helpful when my car stalled on my drive to Dallas from San Antonio. I've had some issues with my battery terminals that he was able to figure out and get fixed promptly. He was very professional and provided great customer service. I’m glad I picked his shop late in the evening in a town I was unfamiliar with. Would trust him with my car any day!

I brought my truck here when I needed a tune up and check a misfire. Well It turned out it was more to it then I first thought. It needed camshaft and parts that associated with. I did my research before I took it here and the misfire was a correct diagnose beside changing spark plug or coil. Unfortunately if you have the notorious Hemi click it not just something easy to fix. I was skeptical because of the price of repairing it was close like buying a good cash car. Once I got there, Rick and the mechanic who diagnosed the problems showed me everything that had to repaired, so that me feel secured in paying so much in this major repair. Have to say my truck feels alive and they always do a great job. Btw, after waiting for my truck for couple of days, the following week my AC went out and of course they got me in asap. Explained everything and the unknown DIY mistake of recharging it myself. Awesome place and worth spending for the repairs. The shop does not sugarcoat anything, all you have to do is ask why so much and Rick and whoever will show and explain it in layman's term. Everyone in the shop are nice and easy to talk to. We purchased a vehicle from carvana and there were multiple issues with our engine. Wisener’s took the time to diagnose each one and Rick communicated with us the whole way. They worked with the insurance company very well and fixed the issues while also working with our schedule. I highly recommend!

Hands down the best shop I have ever been to. Rick was very helpful and informative, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle. When it turned out to be less serious than I originally thought, they didn’t try and charge me for parts I didn’t need, they were honest and explained exactly what needed to be done and why.

Definitely my go to shop from now on, you won’t be disappointed!

Best auto shop in town. My whole family has been taking our vehicles here for years and we always have great experiences. They provide good quality work and are honest and fair with their pricing. They truly go above and beyond to give us the service we need while treating us so well. Highly recommend.

Neil and crew are a great bunch of guys and make every attempt! to address customer concerns the first time. As former Service Manager- you'll notice we had one bad review in 3 years time. Unfortunately, that customer did not give us the opportunity to take a second look at his vehicle- even though he was warned of possibility of failure due to obsolete parts at time of repair. BTW, I personally made those repairs and the vehicle did not leak over a 24 hr. time period. However, This "incompetent crook" has moved on so no need to fear. I'm grateful for all of the meaningful connections and friends I made during my time at Wisener's and they'll be my go-to shop going forward. See y'all down the road.

A very trust worthy business. The work we needed to get done on my daughter's vehicles was bidded at a much higher price from a local dealer. I called Wisener's because they worked on my vehicle years ago and their bid was much less. They are very helpful, professional and do great work. They took time to answer all my daughter's questions and made some great recommendations. We will take her car to them from now on. I highly recommend them.

I called on a Friday and was worked in by the following Monday. Everyone was friendly and courteous and explained everything that needed to be done with my car. The prices for their work are extremely competitive and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. I also wasn't treated poorly simply for being a woman in a mechanic's business like you can still run into here in town.

They did a great job taking care of my mom's car. They also fished out my airpod from the seatbelt. I could see it but could not reach it. Within a couple minutes it was back in my hands!!! We will be taking all our vehicles to them!

Wisener's is the best auto shop I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Clearly communicated with me and performed all repairs and billing matters quickly. Stephen really provided exceptional service and I am grateful. Very thankful I took my truck to Wiseners.

I have used Wisener"s for many years. Rick is always friendly and helpful. I went to my car after work and had to get a jump start, I drove right to Wisener's, and though they were very busy, Adrian had a new battery in my car in less than an hour and he did it with a smile.

Really like this shop…. It’s so hard to find a honest mechanic shop these days that knows what they are doing… Rick is awesome as well very polite. Good to know there is a shop still open these days that knows what they are doing…. Will definitely be going here again.
