I was able to do everything online and the process was quick and simple once I arrived. Very clean, check in wasn’t stressful, no crazy hidden fees and I love that I can use my phone vs having to keep up with a key/code lock.

Being busy with life's many demands, I found it refreshing how easy the process was to set up a storage unit online within minutes! The price is amazing, all my friends who pay for storage cannot believe what I pay for such a quality and well maintained unit. Thank you Smartlock for taking care of my belongings! Smartlock self storage has been great for the whole couple of years we've been using them. We haven't had any issues and anytime we need help it's easy to contact them and get a resolution! I love that it is gated and there's flexibility in size for units.

I’ve been using this place for over a year . Thankfully none of my stuff has been damaged in anyway . There is cameras everywhere we’ll lit at night. Definitely on the cheaper side . Currently cleaning mine out but may need to keep it . My mother also has a storage here . She had a lot of stuff and everything still how it was .Customer service is amazing if they don’t answer they call back ASAP . I had a problem once with billing but it got sorted out quick .

Haven’t had any problems with access. Gate entry/exit and unit unlock/lock (I have two) ALL done through the app. It doesn’t get any easier.
