Safe Storage of Mt Pleasant

During past year I have had several rentals and Fonda was very helpful with all the moves. Fonda made the experience a smooth transaction each time my needs changed and found accommodations that were easy for me to make the move effortless.
I would recommend the Mt. Pleasant location to my family and friends for their storage needs. The location is secure and clean. Thank you Ms. Fonda for taking care of my needs.

Fonda is amazing. She is helpful and personable. I am so happy we went with a location for storage in a small area verses a larger city becuase the service has been very ‘Pleasant.’ All pun intended.

Safe storage in Mt.Pleasant is hands down the most friendly, caring and understanding people. I rented a unit late Friday evening and was going to move stuff in it Saturday morning but life happened and I called back Saturday morning saying I no longer needed it and they were super nice and very understanding and refunded my money back. I promise in the future if I need a unit I will be going back to them and no one else. They have earned my respect and my loyalty. I don’t give many reviews but when they are definitely needed I will. They went above and beyond and with no hassle! Thank you so much again! You have my future business! Fonda is the sweetest soul ever!

I have had to rent storage units several times and the unit at Safe Storage was, hands down, the BEST place!! Fonda was very caring and helpful to me. I felt that she cared and understood that everyone struggles and compassion DOES make things better. If I ever need a storage unit again, Safe Storage will be my first call! The units are clean and I know the security is top notch to protect my things. I have felt worried about my belongings before but not when I was here. Y’all are awesome!

What a great place. I stored two trailers there. One travel trailer and my Harley trailer. The place is paved nice. It is very secure. I didnt use the indoor storage facilities but they look top notch. This facility is extremely secure. The service is A1 and the people are very friendly and helpful. If I ever need storage again. I will call on them hoping they are not quite full lol. Thanks Safe Storage staff !!!!

Safe storage in mount pleasant is amazing. Matt the owner and fonda the office worker is super amazing. They are very reliable and reasonable. I would give a 10 star if possible. I would recommend to everyone. If you need a storage unit or something stored, I highly recommend safe storage!!!!

I just recently rented out a storage unit with Safe storage, and they do a GREAT JOB!! They had an issue last month and my unit, among others, got water into the units. They immediately started calling and keeping me updated on the situation, they had construction crew out fixing the problem the next day! And they fully reimbursed me for the items that were damaged in my unit. And today I come to pay my monthly fee and on top of reimbursement they also gave me the month of June free. This is a Wonderful facility! The owner and all the staff are amazing. ❤

This is a place I would suggest to anyone that ask me about a storage unit. I rented a unit and three days later sold my stuff. I cleared out the unit so I was hoping they would refund me for the month I paid in advance. They did more than that, gave me a full refund. The people here went above and beyond what would be expected.Fonda, Brandon, Matt, thank you. Yall are the best around.

Just rented a unit at this location this month for the first time, so no long term experience yet.
I will say that the place is very clean with security gates and cameras plus nice wide isles between and around the buildings. The office is manned during business hours and the lady was extremely nice and helpful.
So far a 5 star experience 🙂

Go see Fonda at Safe Storage in Mt Pleasant!! She is awesome and your belongings will be kept safe in their climate controlled units.

This facility is very clean & well-maintained. Jen works the front desk and she went above and beyond to help us with our recent move. It is rare to meet an employee who is so considerate and helpful. So thankful for her!

Outstanding service, friendly staff, clean units. Very safe feeling environment. I will need storage again and this will be where I go no questions.
