I had the best experience a new customer could get from this facility. The representative Rachel greeted me with a beautiful smile and made me feel welcome. She was not pushy and answered all my questions. The facility itself was very clean and well managed. If I could give more stars I would.

I been using storages buildings for 8 years
AAA STORAGE in bosqueville, 254 Storage in north Waco, now I’m using Tri Storage, this month I was little late (6 days) in my payment, email them to make an arrangement, but management PUT A LOCK IN MY STORAGE!! I went to the office so she can unlocked and she said “No sir, you had to make a payment first ” never had any issues with other companies, I already put my 30day notice. I have all my business equipment there and can’t believe they did so!

For a crazy rule/policy you will lose a $220dlls customer!

This property may be older but I love storing here ! The new manager Jami is amazing . She gives the best customer service . I’m glad I chose Tri Star Temple. Plus there the cheapest in town .

Have had no problems at all with my storage unit there.

The manager was super friendly and very helpful. The movers were able to drive up to the big garage door and had plenty of room to unload my belongings.

I've been with Tri Star for a while and I've never had any problems. They are always so friendly and willing to work you.

This facility has great pricing. They take you to look at different units. The units are clean and roomy.

The facility is gated, and you have access 24/7. You have a good variety of sizes to choose from the price of the units are probably the lowest prices in town.
