Quality Suites

Best stay ever. Rooms were spacious and clean. We got a double queen bed and it also has an additional sofa bed. Website didn't mention that, so that was a plus. We slept very confortable. Definitely in my list of favorites for this area.

It was a very clean hotel with no crazy smells. Nice breakfast too.

The staff was so welcoming, the general manager was able to check me in an hour early. The rooms are so clean and the bed was very soft and comfortable. They gave me good recommendations on good places to eat and fun things to do. I was able to get hot fresh breakfast in the morning before checking out. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re ever in the area.

One the best value hotels you can afford on a budget without sacrificing too much in the way of amenities, cleanliness, or comfort! I'm never particularly "impressed" per say, but more importantly, I have never been disappointed!!

Staff is amazing! We walked in at almost 10pm after leaving a previous hotel that was disgusting! We got to Quality Suites and the woman at the front desk was so sweet and got us a nice, clean king room that even had a couch in it! Wonderful experience at a low rate.

On the night of 6/24/18, I walked in without reservation. It was an emergency-type situation. The staff/owner treated me with lots of respect. The clerk inquired about my problem and asked if I was okay. I advised her of my immediate problems and status. She showed compassion in my time of need and even discount my costs. The next morning, her son was on shift. Again, true to the American Spirit, he followed-up and made sure I was taken care of. They were there for me when I needed someone the most. I recommend this facility to all who are looking for a place to stay at the last moment. In addition, the pillows and new mattress were awesome. Facility was very clean and organized. I cannot thank them enough for their friendliness and concern.

Super nice rooms, great service. The place is a little out of the way with the way the new I35 was designed but all in all I'd give it 5 stars. They could start their breakfast at 5:30 instead of 6am and that would help the working travelers.

Seriously, I don't know why anyone would go someplace and pay more when these newly remodeled suites, some with new beds are so reasonably priced! My wife and I have "bad backs" but the beds here are comfortable. You ever have flimsy flat pillows? Well, not here--4-pillows per sleeper that are quality. Go someplace else if you just want cereal, pastries, and coffee. I'll enjoy their hot breakfast meal with so many choices, too many to list. We come to Temple often and now we won't stay anywhere else! No sir, because the best part of our stay will be having a friendly, very helpful and accommodation Manager to greet us. Maybe she is thee best part. Yea, we look forward to our stay. Really!

We stayed at Quality Suites in Temple due to the power outage caused by the severe winter weather. The manager, Jagruti Patel, has been very accommodating to make sure we and all the guests are warm and well taken care of. Our room is clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great price for weekly and monthly stays. Ron was cleaned EVERYDAY!! So happy life has got back to normal... Bye bye COVID-19.... Small cold breakfast... Still waiting for all these hotels to get back on with the hot breakfast meals. Friendly ppl and service. Loved it!!

Great customer service, the front desk receptionist / manager was great! She allowed me to check in several hours early. Very accommodating and friendly.

This is the most nice set place With BEST PRICE I've ever experienced! Flat screen tv king size bed couch that unfolds to a full size bed ironing board /iron coffee pot refrigerator microwave and breakfast included where I can make my own waffles and tables to eat at with coffee /tea newspaper magazines etc! The front desk/staff is amazing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND QUALITY SUITES!

Every time I'm in Texas I stay at Quality. Their rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, and breakfast is great. The staff is friendly and helpful each time I return. Would definitely recommend!

Great quiet hotel, stayed there 6 nights. It's was a comfy stay, no issues, Front desk clerk was wonderful, she bought my son a toy and candy and was always polite. . Place just needs a little more attention put into the pool on a daily basis.

The manager and staff service was excellent. The room was wax clean and the area was quiet. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Wonderful way to spend our vacation and they exceeded our expectations.

The rooms are very clean. The pool is awesome. They went above and beyond for breakfast. Instead of the contiental breakfast the actual make you a hot full breakfast. The staff working here are super nice. Our stay was one of the best.

The rooms are very nice and clean the wifi was a little slow during peak times 8.30-10 and 430 to 7.

It's not the cheapest but it is a good value for the price.
