My washing machine decided to stop working right before Christmas so I called Swap & Shop for help. Jase answered and sent Freddie, his repair man, that day! It was their last day of work before the holiday break and they squeezed me in. THE BEST service and very professional. 10/10 recommend for all of your appliance purchases and repairs!

They work on small equipment here as well,lawn mowers,pressure washers,things of that nature.And very Christian atmosphere.Been around a long time and are very polite.We bought out latest refrigerator for the home we are in now currently.Double door,ice maker,filtered water,Kenmore.
They also buy appliances and sell them and swap occasionally, hence the name "Swap and Shop".
They also sell outdoor equipment such as but not limited to lawnmowers,pressure washers,furniture,appliances and much much more.

Such a great place! Easy to purchase from them. Fair prices and kind service. The 2 delivery men were exceptional. They took their time to ensure the fridge I purchased was exactly where I wanted it and were extra careful not to ding my walls or hurt the floor. They were just the nicest fellas I’ve ever dealt with as far as delivery men go. I was talking with my friend, Ms. Rita, and she told me about how well her experience. She wasn’t sure how to leave a review so I told her I’d be happy to add it to mine. She had a fridge delivered to her home and said that the men were incredibly kind to her as well. One of the gentleman even cleaned her floor after removing her old fridge for her. She said she nearly cried because of his generous spirit and kindness. She also bragged in her salesman Dillon. We loved everything about our experiences here.

Purchased all appliances for our new home build. Was able to find what we wanted and even though they did not have in the store, they were able to order and deliver. Had issue with one appliance and folks stepped up to resolve the issue. Highly recommend as customer service is above and beyond.

Dillon helped me pick out a used stove. After it was delivered it wasn't exactly what I needed. I called him back and he quickly and nicely let me exchange it. The delivery drivers were so nice ! I love doing business with Swap n Shop !!

Purchased a Washer and Refrigerator from Swap and Shop! Sales staff were excellent! They carry a great line of products. They also maintain items in stock. Currently it seems most others have to order the product. They also guarantee service after the sale.
Finally the gentlemen that delivered my products, treated my products with up most care. They made sure everything was in working order and that I was satisfied with the installation.

Great experience buying my new Ashley living room set from Swap and Shop! My family has bought items from them for years and have had nothing but positive things to say about them. I love my couch and loveseat but wanted the matching recliner, so they were able to order it for me and I received it today 🙂 Delivery drivers were nice and courteous of setting up my furniture where I wanted it. Definitely recommend Swap and Shop to others and will return for future purchases as we need them!!
