Northwest Hills Self Storage

Nice and easy check in, Now I have been there for 2 months and wanted to expand on my experience. The staff are so nice and friendly that I also rented my new office there too. I love the 24hr availability since I do most of my work at night. It is clean and quiet. The thing I was most impressed with is that the manager said the owners liked having a neighborly type environment compared to other corporate type storage companies. I do appreciate places that actually know your needs. I feel like I have known Pam Torres forever she truly puts customers needs first.

So far...this has not been a good experience. I rented a 24 Access storage because of my husband's work hours , we are moving more than an hour away and wanted a storage in this area for simple furniture, a bed a dresser and garage items. The first day I was able to get things in, I need to come back and organize in order to fit said bed and dresser...who did not identify himself, insisted I keep the door open in order to watch me. .. because I was sitting down due to body aches from moving , said person , again said person whom did not rent this unit has threatened eviction. Why? I do not know...but...I can say if you are moving and need a temporary place to organize and store, this location is not the place to go.

They were very friendly and helped me with all my needs . Great place to rent your storage unit.

I have loved everything about this place. The check in process was great. Misty has been the absolute best. They do a great job of keeping it secure and clean. I only checked out because I found a place to live that was a little over 2 hours away. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

So far so good!! The bolt sticks and is extremely hard to get shut so it can b locked however the lady said they would look at it asap! Thank you!

The front office staff is great. They have really worked hard to keep this facility clean, safe and secure for everyone. My rental process was hassle free and I got a great deal on my unit. I specifically liked that I didn’t have to pay a full month of rent when I rent halfway into it. Go talk to Misty if you need a short term rental space.

The property manager Misty is awesome, needed a storage unit last minute and she was very knowledgeable she went as far to ask me what I would be storing to get a better idea of what size unit I would need to adequately store my stuff and then she even showed me the various sizes for a visual idea. The grounds look very clean and every unit she showed me was clean and ready to move our stuff in.

This was a very good storage unit and that difference was made by the attitude of the manager. She was always quick to respond to email questions and was more than understanding during our move out process. The units are clean and have no drainage problems, no pest problems and open access 24hrs a day.

I love this place. Manager is really cool. They have great prices and nice clean location. I rent 2 units from this location. Its 24 hour access, provide your own round lock(they have some from about $10 or so ((not exact pricing)), the late fee on rent is a bit steep ($15, then another $15) but the grace period is more then generous. Units range from small to huge (I have seen someone drive a large truck out of one). Overall great, and safe place (insurance is around $9 a month mandatory), with fair rules, and courteous staff members and management.

I have to move my daughter out of her apartment at the end of each school year and this storage facility was BY FAR the best experience I've had. They were super nice every step of the way. We had a 3 hour window to move her in at 8 AM on a Monday so we emptied her storage out by 7:30 AM. I received a phone call later that morning inquiring about my unit because they noticed the lock was gone and the unit was empty. GREAT customer service, GREAT people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTH WEST HILL SELF STORAGE. I will definitely be back at the end of the school year.

Went to rent a storage unit and the manager was very nice she made renting the unit quick and easy and I even got a military discount. In and out in under 30 minutes.

Needed a storage room last minute. The lady in the. Office was quick and got me in and out in less than 15 mins.

My husband and I needed a storage on short notice and shakita ( the receptionist) was great she was very detailed about every storage and even showed us a few that might be a perfect size for our things. When I say Kolbi was one of the nicest easy going people I have ever I met I mean it. She made the process of me moving from Tennessee to Texas so easy. She helped with my movers and made me feel like my items are very safe!

This is my third time or so coming back to rent a storage unit from North West Hills Self Storage. Always reasonable prices and never had any issue with them. The ladies in the office have great customer service, i would definitely recommend renting a unit here.
