Was very impressed took time to help me with my cousin who is special needs !! Can’t remember his name was floor manager . My cousin played and joked about his beard. He was just awsome and helped us find the right chair and bed for him . He did great job !!

Wonderful experience using Aaron’s Johnson City for furniture to stage our house while it was on the market. Very affordable way to stage! Nick was super helpful in choosing the furniture at the store. Cody and James did an amazing job with delivery and pick up. Very grateful!

I've never had a problem with this store. When I went in to look at laptops, they were more than helpful, took the time to explain the details of items to me, and have worked with me every step of the way. I easily give this store a 5 star rating. Keep up the great service!

Aaron's is a excellent store the delivery guys are excellent they explain everything and your sale person Nick is excellent and the manager Joe is excellent i will recommend anyone to Aaron's they are a great place to get furniture and electronics anything you need and if they have it

I have been with this store since 2007 and they have treated me very well. I love the staff and no matter my issue they are right in it! Not that I have many issues. I'd gladly recommend this store to anyone!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful and makes you feel comfortable and not pushy. I would recommend the Johnson City store.

The people here are wonderful not pushy and are patient. They will help in any way they can. Also a decent selection of items.

Sabrina is the greatest person to help you with errands she's done everything possible to make sure that I have what I need and all my stuff is covered and I've never need to worry about anything I just come in and pay my bill without any problem and she makes a point to come out and say hello to me she's wonderful
