Away from it All

We had such a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary in this beautiful cabin! Perfect amount of space with lots of details and thought put into all the amenities. The deck is absolutely amazing with lots of things to see and do! The kitchen area was so easy to navigate and make delicious meals in. We brought our small dog with us and he literally had the most fun we’ve ever seen him have! So peaceful and so relaxing in every space this cabin offers!

I simply cannot say enough great things about this beautiful cabin! I've stayed at roughly a dozen different cabins across Southern Ohio and the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas, and this is by far the nicest property of them all. It truly is "Away From It All" in a beautiful, secluded location. The amenities here are abundant, even including a full coffee bar in the kitchen, and a smaller one for the upstairs bedroom. We haven't checked out yet, but my wife and I are already planning another trip (hopefully when it's cool enough to fully enjoy the beautiful patio and outdoor fire pit.)

This is a beautiful, well-stocked getaway for a couple or small family. No risk of boredom with the plethora of games, areas to explore, and apps on the televisions. We barely turned on a tv through our stay and spent lots of time just playing together!

Such an amazing location and cabin. Only an hour drive away from downtown Nashville, but we were so impressed with everything some days we found it nice just to stay in. The cabin was expertly cleaned and stocked with essentials better than my own home. The area was the best part, being completely secluded around even the gigantic outside deck. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay. The cabin was in very good order. Everything was stocked, and there were plenty of activities to keep us busy. The host kept us informed from booking and throughout stay. I would highly recommend this wonderful cabin!

Peggy goes above and beyond to make sure your stay here is awesome. Hot tub is very relaxing and setting is wonderful with lots of wildlife to gaze at. Right in-between Nashville and amazing waterfalls, so whatever your pleasure is you will find it here! Cabin is very well kept and had all amenities necessary for a great stay. Beds were comfortable and I couldn't think of anything we needed to bring or were missing, they had it all here for us already.

A beautiful cabin that truly is away from it all! Peggy is a wonderful host and very helpful with many ideas of things to do in the area. The cabin was well prepared for our stay along with information on how to use everything in the cabin and where things were located. This cabin has it all. We look forward to our next stay at Away From It All!!

Wonderful cabin! It's so quiet and peaceful. The porch is great for relaxing 😊 The owner has paid attention to details here. She is also quick to respond to any questions. Loved our stay!

This is such a wonderful place for a country getaway. Perfect for a couple retreat to a family vacation. The place is super accommodating. It's like everything you could possibly need is there with the exception of food and drink. The owners are on the spot with awnsers to issues. The surrounding area is beautiful. Perfect for relaxing and taking in the serenity of the country. You are 10 minutes from the small town of Watertown, 25-30 minutes from lebanon and Murphysboro.

This place is very quiet, and we saw lots of birds and deer. It’s not very far from Nashville, either. Host was great. We enjoyed our stay. Recommend.
