Matt is AMAZING! I am handicap and in a wheelchair. Regularly, my husband places an order online for me to pick up while I am out running other errands. Matt has made sure his team knows that someone will have to come out to assist me with bringing the order to me when I call. The help is greatly appreciated, but more so, the way he tries to personally get to know his customers on a professional level is OVER THE TOP AMAZING!

Very helpful, she called me over to her station and said, "How can I help you?" She looked for what I needed and found it.

I had a check engine light come on a couple of days ago & due to my work schedule have been unable to have it checked out. Luckily, I got off early enough but, barely. I felt horrible about coming in so late, but scared to continue driving with the light on. Not only was Gary super helpful but, very friendly. As we apologized for the inconvenience, he kindly told us not to worry it was no problem. It is such a nice change to go to a business & not feel like you are a nuisance by simply coming in. Gary is a great asset to O'Reilly's! He gives awesome customer service with a patient kindness that is much appreciated. Thanks again Gary!

This O'Reilly store by far is the best O'Reilly store in TN! Matt went above the call of duty to ensure quality customer service. Tammy & Morgan topped it off with super customer service skills when I went back in the store to return my warranty parts. Keep up the good work Matt, you & your team are phenomenal!

I needed a battery quickly. They had 3 options in stock. I changed it in their lot and was on my way in 15 minutes. Great service!

We were broke down on the interstate. We managed to get to three other parts stores in Lebanon not one of them sold us the right parts, they were very rude at Advanced they were too interested in talking to each other than to wait on customers. O'Reilly's is the only one that helped us they were kind courteous knowledgeable and the best price.

Went earlier today with my husband because our sonic didn't want to start so we had our battery checked. The associate that helped us was so sweet and great with my son whose autistic and very curious. My son can be difficult to handle at times cause hes very vocal and curious about cars. I've usually gone to advance but oreilly was closer. I will most definitely be back after today. Customer service was amazing

Dillon was awesome. After a long day, I just wanted to get home, but I needed to replace my headlight. The headlight was difficult to access, and I didn't realize my brights ran on a separate bulb. Dillon to the rescue! He knew exactly what I needed and how to troubleshoot the issue. He was friendly and easy to interact with.

I ran out of battery charge, but luckily my friend Keith from this store did not hesitate to help me, that's why my 5 stars, the price and his extraordinarily human staff. Keith, Thank you.

Great customer service. I was stranded with my three year old daughter (who already had an accident in her pants which didn't make things better) in the rain. We walked over to O Riley's and a nice young man Chris walked with us back to our car and gave it a boost. I wasn't even buying anything. I'll make sure they get my business in the future.
If Chris wouldn't have helped I would have been left to walk home in the rain on a busy highway with my three year old; who had already peed in her pants... So thankful.

Kevin really came through for me late yesterday!! My car shut down on me at Publix, my husband had to come and get my car started, I rolled right to O'Reilly's where I was told the battery had busted and battery acid was leaking. Kevin was such a trooper and made sure he got my old battery out and he put the new battery in and it was done in 30 minutes!! He was very knowledgeable and kind!

Even though I really hated working here. If you're real needing someone dependable and knows parts, go to Chris or Kenneth. They know their stuff and always quick with good customer service.

Unfortunately I seem to always need to fix our mechanically decling high milage vehicles. My father recommended I start getting my parts here, and I am so glad he did. The staff go out of their way to help a customer in just about everyway. After a couple visits, the store seems to have that small town friendliness most corporate places lack. I remember that feeling when my dad would take me with him to the part store as a kid. That feeling and helpfulness goes a long way for me. I dont go anywhere else.

Always good service and 98% of the time have parts in stock.

I went to o' reilly's today in Lebanon and the lady that helped me order a part for my Honda accord ex, was the nicest person i have ever talked to, I hope she gets a raise and a award for perfect customer service!!

Dillon was very accommodating. I have never liked coming to O’Reillys after my experiences with the Hartsville location. This location changed my mind. Thanks!

Always a friendly staff, are able to look up parts and find the right parts instead of running back and forth around the store. Good atmosphere when I am shopping here.

Thank you to the gentleman who installed my windshield wiper blades. Hope they refund the floor mats that I bought as a gift that wasn't the right size when I go back tomorrow.

All the products were easy to find. I was greeted the second I walked in the door and the store was very clean and organized
