Frank was ABSOLUTELY fantastic at helping my niece and I switch over to a new storage unit. He made it easy and quick. Thank you for your patience in answering all our questions.

I have been storing my items at this location for years. During the stay each time I go in and have a question or issue Frank has responded and resolved my situation. I want to thank the office for still being in person and having great customer support I will continue to use this location as long as I’m in the area. It’s safe and the price is very reasonable as well spacious.

Firstly after reserving I called 3:55pm. Didn’t know you closed early on Sat. A groovy young lady called the guy at your location and he stayed over so I could book my storage unit. So this is my second time booking with you guys and I must say batting a1000 so far please keep up the good work. Hard to find good people in the service field these days thanks.

I had a great experience settings up storage for my camper. Easy access to the lot, and lots of space to back in the camper into my space!

The host was very patient with us and showed us several units during our visit.

Had a good experience here. Though I was given one price. But, when I arrived, I was told the price I was given was for a spot that wasn’t available. Was a bit frustrated with that fact. But, all in all, I had a Goff experience. Frank was apologetic, and helpful. I know my truck will be safe.

Mr. Patrick did an amazing job after my automatic withdrawal checking account became compromised. Because of this, Mr. Patrick deserves a 5-Star rating.

I called Storage Rentals of America to ask a question about pricing and talked with Marietta. She was great! She answered my questions and then walked me through the rental agreement over the phone. She was very pleasant and professional.

I have stored with storage of America before I spoke to Alex at the main office and he really knows what he’s doing he really helped me in a time of need and let me tell you I’m forever grateful he explained everything to me even sometimes twice so thank you

This property is clean and very well attended. I feel confident that my stored items are safe and taken care of. The website application is easy to use and the whole process is smooth and very intuitive. Kanitra, in the office, was super friendly and helpful and took care of everything I needed. Very clean and professional space. Manager showed me multiple units and offered to show me more to make sure we had the right unit for our needs. Explained the entire lease, pricing, insurance and process from start to finish before we signed anything. They have locks and packing supplies available for purchase in the office. Very satisfied with our unit and really like that there is a code activated security gate you must pass through to get to the units. Security cameras everywhere for everyone's benefit. Very pleased with our choice of unit and business.

Jason and Mikaya were awesome! They were able to get my storage space needs met in less than 20 minutes so we could get our truck back on time. They also advised on locks, insurance, and supplies that was very helpful.
They rock! I would definitely recommend this company and this location. Best rates for the biggest space too!
