We needed some Chocolate on our drive home & where did we find it? At Chilis!!!! Molten Lava Cake!! So delicious! Just what we needed!! Fast & so chocolate delicious!!! Just perfect! Fast great service too!

Had a great experience here at Chili’s! EJ our server was fun and helpful. The food was really good. We had a mishap with an entrée and EJ took care of it quick. The place was clean and it was the end of the night. The location was easy to get to and the parking was good. I know this is pretty standard fair for Chilis but this place was a step up from the rest! I would recommend this Chilis location to anyone wanting a delicious meal and friendly staff.

With the exception of the payment method, everything about this restaurant was excellent. The waitress was extremely attentive and helpful; the food was great; the restaurant was very clean. The little pay-at-your-table kiosk was another story. We were a table of 8 people over 70 who wanted separate tickets, and most wanted to pay cash. The kiosk wasn't user-friendly for the cash customer. We had to request the manager to come to our table because the waitress was so busy. The manager was gracious, listened to what we needed to say and completed our transactions. This group meet for dinner out every Friday and a couple of Tuesdays. We go at 4 pm to be ahead of the crowds as our group is regularly around 10 people. Overall, we would rate this experience as an A- ...

Our server Meagan was great. Very attentive and friendly. Her timing to check on us was very helpful. Food was prepared perfectly and was hot and fresh.

I had a really good time tonight sitting at the bar, food drinks and service were great. Then.... I saw and heard the manager disrespect the bartender, I witnessed her, in front of guest, say I pay you for this not socializing with people. I've never been here before and the bartender was talking to me. Really upset I never got my bartenders name but the manager's was Ana if I'm not mistaken. I left a 5 star overall, 1 for atmosphere because of this. Please don't let management scare away great employees and patrons.

I had a very good cheese steak sandwich. The staff was friendly and I would recommend eating there. The music is a bit loud and made it hard to hear what people are saying. If they turn it down a bit it would be perfect.

The place was clean, food came out hot and tasted amazing, short wait time. Waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu, patient and nice.

I recently did a to-go order. The food was great and the order was correct. Much improved since the last time.

The $35 dinner and drinks deal is fantastic. Two Margaritas, an appetizer, two entrées (fajitas and chicken crispers are options) and dessert. Very filling, very good deal.

I ordered food for curbside pickup. My order was correct and was hot when I picked it up. Chili's is one of the few restaurants that usually gets my order correct the first time all the time. Kudos 🎉

The big bacon bbq burger is biggest burger I've ever ordered. It was cooked well done and still super juicy, flavorful and served hot which is a pleasant surprise. Most of the time dine in burgers are warm if best but this one was hot right off the grill. My daughters never understood why I love a steaming hot burger till today. They were both changed today.
The service was good, not a long wait, and the restaurant was clean and well organized.
Overall a very good experience today

Staff is awesome. The food taste great. The vibe is cool. Family time is what chili's is for.

Friday nights at Chili's in Smyrna!!!!! it's definitely a vibe, especially if you like two people watch. It seemed like everyone knew everyone in the bar area. people were coming and going shaking hands, laughing and having conversation. Our waitress was amazing!!!! she made sure our food came out hot and fresh our drinks were filled frequently. Everyone in our area seemed to be having a good time. It's a really nice atmosphere if you want to go somewhere and unwind. Watch some sports and random conversations with people you don't know lol.. I most definitely will be back. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of my food. I was just enjoying the atmosphere. There were quite a few happy birthdays going on!!

Lexi was a great server. She was professional, kind, and knew the menu to the letter. The new menu is incredible and I love that this place is now (Finally) seafood allergy friendly with only one grilled shrimp item on the menu. The scale back was a great idea. The entire team was cohesive and it set a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent with flawless presentation. I've never had any issues at this location but glad to see the minor areas of needing improvement have been addressed and executed perfectlyand with precision. Can't wait to go back.

The food was AWESOME!!! I ordered the 3 for 10. Which consisted of a choice of drink, choice of soup, salad, or chili., and a choice from several different entrees for only 10 bucks. Everything was amazing. I got the bacon burger, fried, and a soda. Another in my party got the cheese soup. The quesadilla salad was also ordered. LOOKED INCREDIBLE!! Someone else got the chicken and waffles and said it was really good. A side of corn is a full ear not one of those half ears typically served in most restaurants. The service was amazing. Our server was very attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing. However I do feel that the music was a little loud. My table had to holler back and forth to each other to hear and for a moment we didn't even realize our server was at the table talking to us. We had a hard time placing our order because every option she offered she had to repeat a few times for us to hear her. The restaurant was very clean. The food was hot and great quality. The bread was fresh and soft, meat cooked to perfection. The service was quick and orders were correct. Parking lot and bathrooms were both clean. Lighting and mood were inviting. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend visiting this location. I was VERY impressed with the cheese soup and made sure to get a picture. They had a very good kids menu as well with plenty of options that most kids love.

The food was fast& magnificent. The service was excellent.

My wife and I stopped in for happy hour and a snack. The restaurant side was pretty quiet and the bar area had several people in it including us. The food was was good along with our drinks. The only thing we saw that could have been an opportunity was the speed of service. Chili's should not expect one bartender to manage the entire bar side of the restaurant. Cortney did a fantastic job preparing drinks, taking orders, bringing food orders to the bar and tables, bussing tables etc. She was definitely a superstar.

Good food. Excellent server. Everytime I go I have to sit on Lexie's section because she checks on you constantly taking very good care of our party and giving us suggestions of the best food. She is very professional at her job. Go see Lexie you will not be disappointed at all!!!

Sometimes it takes a lot of time to be served but other than that everything has always been great.
