Tri-Supply helped us with the selection of our patio furniture and helped with what pieces would fit our space. We elected to have delivery and set up for $95 and it was well worth it. The delivery guys were so nice and did a great job.

Very efficient, fast, simple, friendly love my Speed Queen washer. Had it in stock. This went so smoothly, picked it up installed ourself. All same day. Done. Maybe 15 to 20 minutes from when I walked in the store, made the purchase and walked out. No drama no delays. Thanks. Next will be a new range from Tri Supply. See you guys soon!

Great place to shop and get all your remodel ideas. They have lots of patio furniture and other furniture items. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Browsing through TriSupply was like an adventure! So much to see, and got some great ideas for future purchases. Though we didn't go in specifically to look for new kitchen lighting, we came across exactly what we'd been needing and wanting to replace our over-the-sink light, and at a great price! Our sales associate Misty was so friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable, as was all the staff we encountered. We will definitely shop there again and highly recommend this store to everyone!

The furniture is expensive. In saying that you expect it perfect. I am missing a part on one of my chairs. I called store and they ordered it a few weeks back. I just got a call today and the part is in. No hassle.

In this day and age, customer service as a whole is mediocre at best, with the exception of Tri Supply (Temple). They went above and beyond to help me out of a predicament I had gotten myself into, all while genuinely seeming to care about my situation and doing more than I could have asked to help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Purchase a new microwave with military discount, very nice sales personnel. This was actually our 3th time going to this location never been disappointed

I had an exceptional experience in working with Tri-supply in Temple throughout the building process of our custom home. Travis was an amazing resource in ordering our windows, doors & all of our lumber and specialty trim. Catherine went above and beyond time and again in ordering all of our door hardware and cabinet hardware (we have over 103 custom cabinets). She is even helping now as we look to order our outdoor patio furniture. I will recommend them to family, friends and clients in the future and trust they too will receive knowledgeable, professional and excellent service!

Whenever I’m in Temple for a visit with family and I happen to have enough time on my way out of town, I love stopping by Tri-Supply. I have always been greeted by a friendly clerk on my way in who asks if there is anything specific they can help me find. When I tell them that I am just looking around, they tell me to make sure to let them know if I end up needing any help, and then they give me space to enjoy browsing and dreaming while listening to their Christian music that is playing at a very comfortable level. I usually leave without purchasing anything, but this time I purchased a couple of clearance items that prevent frogs and other small animals from drowning in the pool. One clerk directed me where to go to check out. I don’t remember the first name of the man who checked me out, but I remember that the last name on the sign on his desk was Hankins. He had a very calm, pleasant, and respectful demeanor. Once again, I left Tri-Supply feeling really good. I have told people in the past that I don’t know why I like to go to that store so much, but writing this review has caused me to find an answer to that question. To borrow words I hear online from The Vista Church in Temple, when I go to Tri-Supply, they make me feel, ‘loved, wanted, and welcomed’ regardless of whether I purchase anything or not. Kudos to Tri-Supply for putting customers (even just mostly browsers) ahead of the almighty dollar! May God bless your business this year, and may you continue to be a blessing to your customers!!

Tri Supply is so easy to work with and today was our first for a delivery from them. They called prior to arrival which was great as I forgot they were coming. They showed up on time and they were super nice, careful but quick to unload. Great experience

Tri-Supply was the only store that had the type of dishwasher I wanted. Our salesperson was very pleasant & answered all of our questions. The other staff were very helpful too.

Our overall experience with Tri-Supply was excellent. Catherine (our salesperson) was on top of our whole order process and kept us informed of everything going on and made sure everything was taken care of. When appliances were delivered, our installers were right on. Tyler and Mark are definetly an asset to Tri-Supply.

This is a hidden jewell when to comes to quailty appliances, doors, patio furniture, fans and more. They carry top end products... Itiems you not find at the Lowes and Home Deopt. I drove to Forth Worth to get a bosch dishwasher... learned after the fact they had the model we selected, and for a lower price. Great place to purchase quailty items tha truly last.

Great selection of appliances to view and had what I wanted in stock. Was in and out with the new dishwasher loaded in my truck in no time. Only place within 50 miles that had the Bosch I wanted in stock.

I will be going back in the near future to see everything else they have to offer.

The two techs were professional, precise, respectful, approachable and enjoyable. They delivered excellent customer service which I find lacking in today’s society. I classify this as a most enjoyable engagement. Thank you.

Today was the second time I have been in this store. The first time was for outdoor lights for our house which we are currently renovating and the second time was today to find a sink for the cottage we are also renovating. Found a beautiful one that will fit the space beautifully. The store is HUGE, and the choices available are amazing. However, if you find something you like, grab it. If you wait, it more than likely won't be there when you finally make up your mind.

Looking for downrods for ceiling fans, 60 in and 72in,I guess something the big box stores don't have room to carry that product no only did Tri Supply have them they also had all different diameters. Chris was the best very knowledgeable and helpful.
