I like the management as they are visible and helpful. Worker asked if we found everything and since we could not reach pizza sauce from top shelf, we told her and she immediately got it for us. I like that workers are wearing masks as I am also.

I like their frequent shoppers perks and using the online couponing. I also like that they will take back the used plastic bags for recycling.

Every single employee I had the pleasure of dealing with today was extremely nice and helpful. When leaving I forgot my items in a cart. An honest employee gathered them up and they tucked them away in the office until I returned. I wish I carried cash because I would have given her a reward. Kroger is always one of the better grocery stores around the shelves are always stocked and even if they don't have something we can ask and they usually get it within a week or so specialty items. Also there checkout system is by far the best very seldom a waiting line there as they have almost all their registers open. Another real great feature is their use of points to save on gas at the gas station or Shell stations

First time using the "Checklist". Not bad at all. Ordered online, drove to Kroger, parked in the designated spot & called the number to let them know I was there and what spot I was parked in. Took about 5 mins but they brought out my stuff and I have no complaints. Nice experience.

Store is always clean and items are stocked. If something is not in stock they have no issues with rain checks. Love the deals. 107$ came to 59$ with just in store savings

I had an amazing experience at our Tullahoma Kroger this afternoon. I decided to do the self-check-out, but had never used this service. One of the Associates named Holly stepped up and went above and beyond to help me check out. I can assure you that it made the drive from Manchester worth the trip! Thanks Holly. They know me well and certain people like Leigh Noe know me on s 1st name basis..its very comforting to go in there and them know u on a 1st name basis..unlike Lyn who can't find her ads in the hole in the ground.. Krogers pharmacy I recommend to everyone,as long as u get the right people..

I had a small issue with a bakery order. The store manager, Mr. Cunningham, went above and beyond to fix the issue. My final bakery product was perfect. Great customer service!

I'very been shopping at Tullahoma Kroger's for 17+ years. I'very seen it go thru many changes. I LOVE it now and am so thankful for it. Always clean and organized. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It's nice to see the same faces over and over again. Love the pharmacy. They remember my name and always are willing to go the extra mile. I love that they STILL bag your groceries for you and offer to help you to your car, which came in handy when I was 8 months pregnant and when I had a crying new baby in my hands. LOVE the produce section right now. Love the fish market and the helpers there. Not as fresh as direct seaside but for being in the middle of the states, it's not bad at all. Thank you Krogers gang.

Awesome help from the staff tonight the lady even helped check my recipe to make sure I got all the discounts and didn't miss out on anything! Which helps a ton when shopping with kids, she was a super great!

Friendly, helpful staff. Very fresh veggies and meat. Clean and bright and the fastest checkout of any store...why stand in line at Wal-Mart for 20 min....when you can be in and out quickly from krogers?
