StorPlace Self Storage

I’ve been using StorPlace on Thompson Ln for over 12 years now and I have zero complaints. Kelly and Lana manage the place very well, keeping me apprised if I have a package arrive or up to date on anything tenants need to know about. Highly recommended based on price, cleanliness and customer service by the young ladies up front!

The employees are the friendliest and most caring group of people. They sure made us feel welcomed to a new town. We began to feel like family. Even though we are moved out of the units, we will go back to visit them. They are very professional here and take their job seriously. We love the way they took care of us in every way possible.

The women in the office were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Kelly was a joy to be around and very thorough in explaining all the details. The place itself was kept up and clean and I could tell was run very well. I had a great experience there and they made everything as easy as possible.

Phenomenal customer service!!!!! The lady I spoke to on the phone answered every question I had, and she was very polite and helped me out a lot when we looked at the units. Great location and area to get a storage unit. Very safe, little to no chance of a break in. If you are looking for a storage unit in the heart of Murfreesboro, I would definitely consider this place!!!!!!!!!

I rented from StorPlace roughly 6 months. The facility was always clean, customer service was excellent and anytime I needed something for packing, I could go in the front office and purchase it. The ladies up front always had a smile on their faces and were always willing and ready to help. Customer service is lacking so bad right now all over, so it's so nice to get that service here.

I had to change my move out date twice and they were very accomodating and gave me no issue. They do ask that you try to give a ten days notice, but when I had plans change, I was able to give like a 3 or 4 days notice with no issues. Also, you need a code to get in/out, so security was always great. I highly recommend StorPlace!

I have rented spaces from StorPlace Stones River for years because the location and management can't be beat . . .Plus, the buildings and grounds are well maintained and SUPER clean, all at a reasonable price. Affordability is subjective, but relative to their competition in Murfreesboro, it is a deal. **A special shout out to Ms. Lana whose lovely demeanor is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day! ⛅

Lana was absolutely fantastic! Lori and Lana both did everything they could to find a location close by that had the unit size I needed available. The pricing is very reasonable, and they are always there when you have questions or concerns of any kind. Lana said “welcome to the StorPlace family!!” When I left and she made it such a pleasurable experience. Definitely store with them if you are looking for a place that really cares about you and your belongings!

I have been very pleased with Storplace on Thompson Lane in Murphreesboro Tennessee, the office staff was very accommodating very pleasant, even when I managed to lose my keys, it was nice to have selected a unit that was out of the weather, and have it being a wide space not a long narrow space for accessibility with a rollup door was just perfect for my needs. I would definitely rent from them again!
