Brown Electric Contractors Inc

These guys are the best. No doubt about it. I have had them troubleshoot and fix small problems in my house, and even wire up my complete shop with 3 phase. I have had other electricians look at their work and they too commented on the nice job that Brown Electric did. I would recommend them to any and everyone. They are just plain good. :)

They are very professional. They had a man out to the house with in a hour of me calling. He took care of everything that needed to be done right there on the spot and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend them. :-)

I've had them out and they did good work. I am having issues now related to their work (it's been about a year) and can't get them to call. I understand that they're busy but I can't even get them to set me up and appointment. Hopefully I'll get a call someday. Until then, I'll have to call another company to fix their work. This happens every time I try to use Brown, but their work quality makes me come back after I call another company. We'll see how the next company compares....hope they realize us little residential customers matter too.

Site open 24hr but you don't do emergency calls on the weekends.

Called multiple times to schedule an appointment for some electrical work on my breaker box at my house. Left multiple messages with a very friendly and polite lady. Never received a callback of any kind. After almost 10 days of no reply, I had hire an electrician from Dallas to drive down to do the work. Brown Electric was recommended by my regular electrician, who was not available to do the work. Both he and I were very disappointed with the lack of even a call-back.
