Zak's Home Outlet

This was the first time I had been to Zak's Home Outlet. I appreciated being able to roam the store without feeling pressure to buy anything. I happened to find a piece I wanted to purchase and Angela, my sale rep. was very easy to work with. She addressed my questions and made the purchasing process enjoyable.

The store was clean and well organized for an outlet store.

My experience was fantastic. I spoke with Angela, regarding a specific piece of furniture. She knew exactly what piece we were discussing. She gave all needed information regarding this piece of furniture ..... Over the telephone. Being an older couple, she was so helpful to us on the phone, so we knew exactly what to do when we visited the store. We went the following day, took care of the business and are now awaiting our new chair that matches our couches exactly!! We thank Angela so very much.

I have purchased furniture from Zak’s for many years.

We first walked in Angela greeted us with a smile, wasn’t pushy and told us to let her know if we had any questions. The furniture buying experience was easy and painless thanks to all of the great staff members. Angela kept checking in with us to answer any questions we had, we never had to go looking for help. When we picked the furniture up they let us look at all of it first to make sure it wasn’t damaged and loaded it up for us. Me and my wife would highly recommend buying furniture from here and on top of all that you can’t beat their prices - they were super reasonable. We got a brand new beautiful bedroom set for less than $2,000. 10/10

Recently bought a pair of Love Seat recliners and another rocker recliner. Lynn was extremely helpful and worked with us until we settled on what we wanted. Price was fair and delivery set up was easy and convenient for us. We always seem to end up back at Zaks. Best place to furniture shop in the area.

We initially went to purchase 1 recliner, but the customer service, quality and price were so good we went back and purchased a second. Angela is so friendly and knowledgeable. We will go back when we have another furniture need.

Angela is the best salesperson. She is always friendly and very helpful every time I stop at the store to see what you have. She has even texted me pictures of some tables when I called on the phone. Great customer service.

We bought a king size bed and mattress and springs and the men who put it in a second floor bedroom , had to put it together and did a very good job. The bed was a floor model and was marked down again. It was a great deal for us and is solidly put together. When we went in there we were expecting to pay a lot more for such a great bed and mattress. When we need furniture we always go to Zaks!

I have been a sales manager for over 30 years and I love a consultative sales approach. Angie was excellent at probing for my wishes, showing the options and narrowing down what works for me. She was not an overbearing in her approach and very effective in closing the sale. Kudos to her and the training that she has received. I found a discontinued item on Zack’s website. Being from out of town, I called and Angela made sure the piece was there and inspected it to make sure it was in good shape before I made the 3 hour trip. She was great to work with.

Lori was amazing in helping us find the perfect recliners for us. She listened to everything we said we were looking for and pointed out the perfect leather recliner. A great experience for a first time visit to Zax. We started in the “Outlet Shop” with Angel as our sales associate, she pointed out to us where we needed to look and then left us to sho. Then answered all our questions.
We then went up to the main show room, which is huge! There we met McKenzie, she explained the lay out, left us alone, came back to find us and answered lots of questions!
Garet? Checked us out and they all worked together for a great experience, local shopping! Worth the drive if your not close by.
