After seeing the reviews, my husband and I had to try this place out! 5 stars all the way! The birria tacos are amazing and the staff were friendly! I saw one review that said there wasn't enough meat and I disagree 100%! The birria tacos were good size, the meat was tender, and was so flavorful! We will definitely be back! The young man that helped us with our order does his own snow cones as well! I have never had the snow cones before but it was delicious! 10/10!

Honestly I’m extremely picky with birria tacos. I am somewhat new to temple and wanted to try some, and after looking at reviews decided to give this place a try.

Delicious food. The birria tacos and street tacos are delicious. The hot sauces are yum! I haven’t found many authentic Mexican food places in Central Texas. This place is authentic and takes you back home. 1000% percent recommend. Fresh and juicy food - another positive description. Thank you <3

I absolutely love this place! The food is amazing delicious. Me and my wife have been looking for a great place for Hispanic food and we found it here. This is the best food truck around guaranteed. This is our new place to come at least three times a week.

Where can I even start! This place is amazing! If you want the real thing, look no further. You will not regret it, I can hardly ever find good quesabirria and gorditas, the lady definitely has it down. There is an extraordinary amount of flavor in every single bite. The consomé is so delicious, it’s not just any broth, it’s liquid gold! And the salsa is also great, my favorite is the red - it’s spicy but so much sazón. The Gordita (carnitas) was so amazing I had to get a second. And last but not least- the charro beans are something out of this world!! I will definitely be coming back for another round of gorditas and quesabirria tacos, 100% recommend coming here, your money will be very well spent!

Estellas won't disappoint you! If you want authentic, you'll get it at Estellas. Estellas foods are full of flavor, juicy, spicy(if ordered) and will fill you up! You'll leave tummy full and happy! Her food comes off fresh and hot, so be careful on that first bite!

Berria taco plate comes with 3 juicy birria cheese tacos, soup and fixings. These are the best tacos here!

Berria Quesadilla comes with soup and fixings. This dish was oh so juicy cheesy good! And it was not a small Quesadilla.

I also ordered the gordita with carnitas. This is all made from scratch! You won't regret ordering it. The outside was crispy yet moist and didn't fall apart.

Estellas food truck not only won our bellies, but our hearts as well. She makes you feel welcomed and her food definitely comforts you having you leave very happy and full. You won't regret coming to Estellas. We definitely will be back for more!

One of the best food trucks I’ve ever been to + and probably the best Birria I’ve ever had. You can definitely tell the owner works very hard. Next time I come I really want to try the Birria Pizza!!

Food taste real and has genuine home cook feel to it. Top notch flavor with excellent service. Honestly not much you can complain about, definitely would recommend to anyone that wants to give it a try!
