Amazing cleaning job, as good as pricey detail. Def will have to wait close 90 mins for your car, but the price and the job in unbeatable

I had my car washed and clean at 5 star hand car wash today and I would have to say that I will never go to any other car wash in the area! My car looked brand new. The staff are friendly too!

The only thing I wish they have is a covered waiting area as it can get really hot there. But overall, I would come back here every time I need a car wash! :)

Absolutely the best car wash in Raleigh. I could not believe the level of effort and detail they put into my car. Great people with outstanding work ethic. After today’s experience, it is my go to car wash.

This place is definitely a gem. Took 2 tries to get in. I prefer handwashing vs the machines and would see cars lined up to get in. So glad I did. I only got the outside done, but I am super pleased. Took about 30 mins. as there were 2 cars ahead of me they were working on. Will definitely be going back.

My daughter was in town to swap back our cars. We both wanted to be nice & return them clean. From past experience, this was the place. We had to wait a while since there were a few cars in line on a Friday afternoon. There is usually a line but it goes to how good this crew is. And so, we got our shiny clean cars back from one another.

Went here to get my car cleaned after not touching it for almost a year myself. Staff was very friendly and they did an outstanding job for a very fair price. My only issue was the wait time. Took about an hour and a half total. But they did give me a heads up on that and asked me if I wanted to wait or come back at a different time. I believe they were short staffed that day is the reason. Definitely will be giving them another shot though! And there’s a good coffee joint next-door to grab a cup while you wait

They are awesome. They provide professional and quality service and you can't beat the price. I only prefer hand washing. I take my S550 and Audi Q7 to them all the time. I refer people to them and they love them as well. I would highly recommend them. I go once a week. You may have to wait a bit but I promise it is worth it. If you have an issue they will do their best to resolve it. If you are looking for deep serious cleaning then you need to call a detail shop that has the equipment to complete that task. However, if you need cleaning internal and external that does not require major equipment you need to reach out to 5 stars. I normally do not give 5 stars unless a business is exceptional. I've been going to this business for almost a year and it's time for me to give them 5 stars. Please continue to provide the service you are doing at a great price. I will see you this week as usual.

Best hand car wash I have received anywhere for my CT 5V Cadillac 2023 that I would not allow anyone to touch but them to accomplish cleaning my car. I have to drive 45 minutes to get to them but it’s worth it.

This is my second I bring my car there, they’re do very good job. whoever want car wash I highly recommend come here, They’ll never disappoint you.

Eric and his crew are the best. They treat every car like it's their car This is the best carwash in Wake county. It's worth the drive and short wait. They will make your car look amazing! I will never let anyone touch my car unless it's Eric and his awesome crew.

I stopped by this place after seeing solidly good reviews and having hit-or-miss experiences at a couple other Raleigh carwashes that have high average ratings. I got just the outside wash for $20 (for cars; trucks was $25 I think) and I didn’t find anything they missed. I was especially pleased with my tire shine and also how shined my wheels themselves are — other places that even explicitly say tire shine seem to leave it out more often than not despite how cheap it is. This place is cash only, but there’s an ATM nextdoor outside the convenience store. It wasn’t as scaled-up as some other washes around here — aka a little more waiting — but for being able to leave and not be annoyed to find out they cut corners was certainly worth it. All-in-all I think I found my new go-to, even with it being 20 minutes from me.

They do the job that most car wash places charge alot more to do alot less. You car comes in dirty and leaves like you just left the dealership. I drove all the way from Wake Forest just to have them clean my car. They have the best team working there. Their customer service is off the charts.

Excellent inside/outside car was for $30 - so much so I tipped to $45. Hand wash - none of the damage of scrubbers the others use - and good follow through. Like a mini-detail for 1/5th the price. I’ll be back!

This is by far the best affordable hand detailing establishment I’ve been to that your car will come out shining like you’ve paid $100 or more not like across the street at auto bell cloth wash doesn’t clean your vehicle well and they don’t charge out the towels when drying your vehicle as well as leaving major streaks on your windshield. I recommend 5 Star hand wash.
