I went after work they have a $3.00 off happy hour discount, I was thrilled, totally unexpected. I loved all the vacuums, window cleaner , rags. If you are deciding to do it yourself but willing to pay over $15 at least you get all the extras.

Awesome service from attendant. Was offered towels and spray for mirrors and windows. The parking lot was clean and vacuums' suction stream was powerful. Baby look good.

This place is absolutely amazing. Free vacuum, and car washing prices starting at $7. They offer unlimited wash for $19.99 a month. And actually, they are running a promo the first 2 or 3 months are $9.99 and then it goes back to $19.99. Don't "Big Boi" look clean? Thanks Hugo's Express Car Wash.

Had to tow a car out of there. Car washes are traditionally sheer chaos when it comes to towing - especially with a layout like what this one has. Thanks to the initiative and quick thinking of the staff, this ended up being the smoothest tow I’ve done out of a car wash.

Good place to get your car washed, especially if you like to clean the interior yourself. Fair prices.

Great place to clean your car, not too busy, free vacuums and they have stuff to clean your interior too. The staff is really nice, Ryree helped me with any question that I had.

This is the first car wash I have been to that has (microfiber) towels allowing customers to wipe down their auto after going through the wash. You can also give extra attention to areas that need it. Also, like most car washes today, they have free, self serve vacuums. But there are also floor-mat "beaters" to get the road dust and dirt out. I get the ceramic wash which includes other stuff and the feels glossy after it's finished. I'm very pleased.

I love this place! It has changed my life. I’m a member of the unlimited car wash club, and this is the first time, in years, that I wash and vacuum my own car. I actually enjoy visiting Hugo’s. They have friendly staff who value customer service. The management is very knowledgeable and courteous. They are located in a great location. (Corner of Capital Blvd and Spring Forest Road) I am so glad to have them in the neighborhood as one of the newest businesses. I highly recommend this place. I’ve already been singing their praises to all my friends and family.

Great carwash. Did the top level and the car looked brand new. Even the plastic trim was newer looking. The vacuums are really good and there is a free floor mat cleaner.

As far as the wash, I would rate that similar to most washes. However, the customer service was excellent. Chris went above and beyond this morning to help remove some stains. Extremely polite, professional and more than willing to help solve the issue. Thanks again, Chris!

This is my favorite self serve carwash!
They provide micro fiber clothes and spray to clean your car, inside and out. They have a dedicated vacuum for your floor mats to feed through.
I love the detail tool that blows all the dust from those hard to reach areas in your car, as well as the large vacuum that are powerful. The employees that I have encountered are very friendly, respectful and helpful.

Love this carwash. I have the $20 monthly deal. It's so easy, the way it's set up. The camera scans my sticker and I can just go thru without ever rolling down my window. I also like that the vacuum is free. Awesome staff here as well

If you live near you must get the membership which is about 20 dollars or so for each month. You can wash your car once every day if you wish. Plus you get to vacuum your car for free. This place has wash clothes and spray bottles with blue liquid to clean the inside of your car. I would recommend this place

This place is fantastic. Granted it is a brush car wash so if you prefer the touch free type and are concerned with scratches maybe this isn’t the place for you. But for $7 you can’t get a nice car wash and dry. Then they have 24 bays with free vacuums that are crazy strong. The kicker is they have other nice little amenities as well. They have a floor mat cleaning machine, a cart with glass cleaner and microfiber clothes, and an air compressor hose for blowing dust off the interior or getting dirt out of the hard to reach places. All of that is included in the $7 wash. They certainly have more expensive washes as well and a club you can join with unlimited washes. I’ll definitely be coming back to this car wash going forward and hope that they offer some discounted washes in the future.

Great quality car wash. The wash is always in good working condition. They provide towels and cleaner to detail your own vehicle. Free vacuums as well. Price is competitive to other washes in the area. Would recommend

OMG, just got into town and my car was filthy so I did a search and I'M SO GLAD this place popped up!! It's FANTASTIC!! It was fast, my car was very clean on the outside! Vacs available for customer use are powerful and free (included in the price) and staff was super friendly and helpful. Car wash, vacs, cloths and window washer for doing the windows make this my go to place in Raleigh!!

Pretty good establishment. Did an okay job on my car after running it through twice due to the bugs not coming off the front. Overall I am deeply satisfied and considering buying an unlimited plan to wash my car as much as I want here.

Great car wash. I got the best service and it got my car looking NICE. There were no spots or smudges on my car after. And they have free vacuums so you can do your interior as well. Absolutley 100% recommend this spot
