And a couple weeks ago, I had the best car buying experience in my life. Tim at D45 auto is a great salesman with an amazing inventory of vehicles. I found Tim very honest and straightforward when I bought my A4. The car itself is impeccable, well maintained, just as Tim described it, and I love how the car drives 0-60 in 4.5. I would be definitely recommending everyone to D45.

Tim and Andrew are the best, and were the answer that my wife and I needed.

When I retired from the U.S. Army in 2017, I bought my wife a brand new 2017 Ford Explorer Limited with only 9 miles on it at the day of purchase. We loved the vehicle with the exception that it had no sunroof (my fatherly call on that, and I heard about my poor judgment frequently) lol!! Well to say less, almost three months ago, it was diagnosed with a bad head gasket, which was covered by our extended warranty. The lack of expedited shipping of parts needed to fix our Explorer, which was located at a highly reputable dealer, had us worried that we would be without transportation when my wife’s new federal job starts!! Needless to say we waited almost to the last minute to pursue the purchasing of a car.

The wife found a 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 late on a Saturday night and when we awoke, we were steadfast to D45. The Internet price was very fair and the pictures supporting the ad on Auto Trader, greatly appealed to us. We showed up unexpectedly and were professionally greeted by Andrew and Tim like we booked an appointment. I cut straight to the chase, and expressed our interest in the Mercedes and after just a short 10-minute conversation and exchange of info; we were on a test drive. It seemed too good to be true, being rendered a high status of service that is most definitely deserving, but never received by other local dealers. Although the buying experience was fun, with occasionally laughs, no lines were crossed and the highest echelon of professionalism was seemingly the epitome of their daily routine.

We loved the 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 at first sight and fell deeply in love after just a short 30-minute test drive. The vehicle was used by D45, traveling back and forth to Charlotte and Winston Salem for business. This pleased the wife and I that the vehicle was used and wasn’t a parking lot pony for months on end. Drew said, “ every time I find a comfortable car to travel in that is great on fuel, I don’t have it for long because someone always buys them!” My response was, “ well I guess you need to drive them all.” Because of it being a driven daily although clean to the normal eye, they washed and detailed the car while the wife, kid and I had lunch. From start to finish including the hour lunch break, we were in and out in about 3 hours!!! The process was sooooooo painless!!! Everything happened so quickly yet smooth!! I’m not supposed to tell, but I even got a complimentary gift!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Tim throughout the whole purchasing process of my dream car. We saw this Land Rover LR4 on line Saturday morning. Another great purchase from D45.  This is our 3rd purchase in the past 8 years or so, and we are still driving the previous 2! These guys obviously have a good selection process for their vehicle inventory and seem to have a lot of long term relationships with local dealers. This time it was a 2013 VW Passat for my daughter.
