Technician was excellent, respectful and helpful - quick but thorough! And report post service included audio comments, pictures and notes! Well done!

The customer service is on point. The team is very professional. I appreciate the contact of getting a text with an arrival time and a picture of the technician who will be doing the service. I have a quarterly service with them and I’m satisfied with the results.

We have used Capital Pest Services for three years and have always had an incredible experience. All of the technicians who have come out to do our quarterly services have always been incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They show up on time and the consistent communication from the entire team is second to none. We have never had any issues with pests getting into or near our home since we began using them, and we were quick to sign on for quarterly services after we noticed some pests in the house we had just purchased. The team was incredibly gracious, patient and understanding and eased our nerves providing a quick solution to treat the problem so we could move in as scheduled. Our extended family has even been so impressed, that they use their quarterly services as well. Today during our service, we had Ken Heggins. Ken took the extra time today to educate me about the products being put around our home, and his kindness and patience as he explained the services being performed were outstanding! Yesterday I received my quarterly service from a Capital Pest Control representative by the name of Ken Heggins. I am always satisfied with the service and you do come back without fail if I have any issues(just once with sugar ants). I was especially impressed yesterday, and would like to commend Mr. Heggins, who was very friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable and dedicated to his trade. His service was excellent just like my first service that prompted me to go on a regular schedule. He took his time and educated me. He is a consummate professional and is a true asset to Capital Pest Control. Thank you for acknowledging Mr. Heggins excellent service and allowing him to be my regular service representative.

Wade from Capital Pest did an excellent job treating our house today! He was kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He also found an ant nest under our stairs, that we did not know about, and took care of it for us. We will definitely continue our business with Capital Pest Services! Fantastic experience!

This was the first time I have used Capital Pest Services Inc. Their first point of contact was professional and friendly. They set an appt with me, and confirmed it beforehand, and even sent me a picture of the technician to expect. When Marcus (technician) arrived, he was also very friendly and helpful and he explained what he was going to do, and went right to work. He even wore booties as a courtesy to keep my home clean. I also received invoices almost as soon as he left, and a message with contact info for any questions. I can't think of a single thing they didn't do right. Highly recommend. Also, most importantly, I haven't seen an ant in my home since they were here a week ago. All of the stars!

I now understand why all my neighbors recommended Joe from Capital Pest. While he was here today, he blew the pine straw off my walkway, I didn't ask him to, that's just the kind of man he is. He's the definition of service with a smile. Such a hardworking, kind man, attentive to our needs and goes above and beyond.

Since we switched to Capital Pest several years ago, we have only needed spraying inside once, otherwise they've been able to just spray outside (which I prefer). In addition to our regular pest control, we added mosquito spraying this season and Capital Pest is considerably less expensive than other places I received quotes from.

I’ve been using capital pest for my annual termite inspection since 2019. I’ve always had a good experience. Today I had my inspection with Joe as my technician. Joe was exceptionally kind and personable. He even arrived 15 mins prior to the hour window for arrival starting.

We've had a great experience with Capital Pest services, they are always timely and send a photo of the tech arriving which is a nice safety feature. Frank was our technician this month and was very king and did a great job and explaining what all he was doing/treating. Since having Capital Pest services we haven't had a single bug in the home!

Wanted to review this company and let everyone know how pleased I am with the business model at Capital Pest Services. The staff is amazing, caring and most of all, friendly. I texted Matt that my last mosquito treatment didn’t work so well. The next morning, I had a tech at my house spraying again. He apologized and had the attitude that he would solve my problem and had a smile on the whole time. Lastly, every time I call, the office staff is just so nice and helpful. You guys know customer service and do it well and I, as a customer, appreciate the hell out of it. Keep up the good work.

Frank Miller has served as our technician for some time. He is knowledgeable and importantly a very nice man. We are very pleased with his work and have been customers of Capital Pest services for over 20 years. We are very pleased with Frank's work and I make it a habit of asking for him by name.

Frank Miller conducted our quarterly spray today and was extremely prompt while diligently took care of everything including spraying our garage. Every time we've made an appointment they have not only been accommodating but also on time, which is rare now a days. On our recent appointment this week, Frank was on time, and extremely helpful. Every experience with Capital Pest has been phenomenal. They always go out of their way to make sure nook and cranny is covered. Since starting a quarterly control service, we haven't had any of the issues we had been facing (the cons of basically living in a forest). Customer service is always excellent - they are punctual, appointment reminders are very helpful and it's always service with a smile. If you're able to get Eric to come out to cover your home, all the better.
