This was the worst experience with an appraiser we have ever had. This company trespassed on the land that we were buying twice against the wishes of the owner and intentionally, went out before they had permission to increase the cost of the appraisal. Then after doing the initial appraisal they took 11 days to complete and submit the report. Upon going out for the reinspection they failed to submit the report even after confirming. The lack of dedication and professionalism is beyond belief. This caused delays in closing of the loan and detrimental cost to the buyer.
