Spring Forest Animal Hospital

My family and I have been bringing our three dogs to Spring Forest Animal Hospital for over five years. We have had the most wonderful experiences. The hospital and boarding staff are incredibly kind, loving and communicate very well regarding the needs of our three dogs. Dr. Gore and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable at assessing and successfully treating the many situations we have had over the years. Dr. Gore and her staff were able to prevent our senior Labrador retriever from having a serious and dangerous surgery that another vet insisted she have. She was able to treat her without surgery and within six months she was walking on all fours and back to perfect health again. We are so grateful. Our beagle rescue has anxiety disorder and needs special care regarding nutrition and calming treatments, he used to be very nervous and scared. He was abused in his other home. Dr. Gore and her staff have provided Oscar with the most successful treatment. He is so happy to see the staff, stay at boarding, play with the other dogs and get medical Care. It is so wonderful to see how happy he is when we pick him up. When we drop our three dogs off, whether for medical care, boarding or play, we know they will be loved like family. The staff greets you with a smile and communicates very well. Additionally, they helped us raise our rambunctious bernidoodle from a puppy who also has severe allergies. Dr. Gore and her staff provided helpful support around training, nutrition and medical care. He is thriving and doing great. Five years ago we did not have a very good experience with another vet. We transferred all of our dogs to Dr. Gore and her staff at Spring Forest Animal Hospital. It has been the very best decision. We love Dr. Gore and her staff and are so grateful for their help in raising our dogs over the years.

Boarding team is really friendly and helpful. I had my three cats stay well I was on vacation and they were very well taken care of. Hospital team met my needs and understand my concerns about my animals needs. I would recommend any service at this facility.

We have been using Spring Forest Animal Hospital for years. They know our dogs the minute they see them and have relationships with each. We wouldn’t board anywhere else.

The staff is incredibly nice and so caring for animals. I take my dog to the daycare and she LOVES them. She is always so excited to see them when we come in and they treat her as their own. They take pictures during the day and share them when you pick up. Plus prices are very reasonable! Really I can't say enough about this place. I am very happy I found SFAH!

This Animal Hospital has got to be one of the best in Raleigh! They gave me the opportunity to work as a Kennel Tech and eventually started training me in the areas of Vet Tech. In my time working there, I found out just how much I enjoyed providing the absolute best care for the animals that stayed. Most boarding facilities in Raleigh don't take your dogs out anymore than 3 times a day, but when I was employed here, we took the dogs out every chance we could in between other tasks. There were many of times where I would not want to part with the daycare or boarding dogs because I had gotten so attached to them when taking them out and playing with them. Each dog had a different personality and it was so fun to play and bond with each one! Working at this Animal Hospital has really given me the courage to pursue my career in Animal Health and I am so blessed to have worked with such caring staff! Dr. Gore is always straight forward with you and she takes great care of the animals that come through her hospital. The relationships her staff forms with their clients is unlike any other Vet I have been to, they respect their clients and go above and beyond caring for their pets. I'm very grateful to have had the opportunity to work at an amazing animal hospital in the heart of NC. Thank you Dr. Gore, Carol, and Gina for everything you taught me! :)

I am a first time boarder and after ALOT of online searching got lucky enough to find Spring Forest Animal Hospital. I brought my 1 1/2 year old Jack to stay for a long weekend and was impressed from start to finish. The front desk staff was polite and very compassionate to this first time mom. I had a lot of questions but they never rushed me and made sure that I felt completely comfortable with leaving Jack. I dropped off my paperwork early and they even gave me a tour just to put me at ease. When I dropped Jack off for the weekend they reassured me and didn't even seemed fazed by my tears. I was told to call as many times as needed and that they would call me if Jack needed anything. I will admit I did call a couple of times but he was fine, they said he was a little shy(thought they had the wrong pup) but he was eating and loving on all the helpers. I picked Jack up at 4 on Sunday and the girls even had pictures of him from the weekend. What a great experience!! I will not hesitate to call them if I ever need to board again and I have already given their name to several acquaintances who also have dogs. If there were more than five stars to give I would!! P.S. Jack says thanks too!!

Dr. Gore and her staff do everything in the best interest of your pet. Dr. Gore has had to perform two emergency surgeries for my dog, and every time I felt completely confident in the team's abilities. In addition, their boarding and daycare is fantastic - the dogs are given a lot of exercise time and aren't just penned up in a cage the whole time you're gone.

I moved to raleigh just over four years ago! For the last few years I have been commuting an hour and a half to take my dog to a vet I have known for years! I finally decided I was being silly and needed to find a vet here! That's when I came to Dr Gore at spring forest animal hospital! She is the most amazing vet I have met who truly cares about the animals in her care! I have read the other reviews and either they are talking about a different place or things have changed a lot in the last year because I will continue bringing my animals to them for not only vet care but also boarding and grooming! The boarding and grooming staff are excellent and take the time to really get to know my dogs and help them have the most pleasant experiences! Their daycare program is so cute for those of you who treat their animals like their children as I do!

I have been taking my cat and dog to Spring Forest for 10years. Dr Gore is very caring and and an excellent doctor. The staff is welcoming and also caring. I recently had a serious issue with my dog and everyone was wonderful through the experience. I will never go anywhere else.

I've been taking our dog to Dr. Gore for the past 6 years. She really is the best around and Sophie loves her and the staff. She is a vet I can trust and I wouldn't take our dog to anyone else. So glad we found her!

Dr. Gore is the best vet in the Raleigh area hands down. We have been going to her for since 2002 and have trusted her with every pet we have had (cats & dogs). We first found her after another vet told me that there was nothing they could do for my cats sickness. Dr. Gore showed compassion, and vet expertise, was able to CORRECTLY diagnose my cat and since she attended NCState was able to admit her to the animal hospital there for additional care. My princess pulled through and lived a very happy life. Our other pets also have special needs, and Dr. Gore consistently treats them. She does not order expensive tests unless she truly feels it's necessary and in the pets best interest. She goes the extra mile to make sure the client as well as the pets are cared for like they are her own. The vet tech staff and all front staff in hospital and boarding facility are very professional and friendly.

My beagle Tilly does really well when she is boarded here. She tired and happy when I pick her up after a weekend! The friendly staff have been great. I had a death in my family a few month ago and had to last minute board Tilly and they were very kind and helpful even though I was a wreck and forgot her food, etc.

The absolute BEST veterinary place in America! Great staff who love and care for all animals, no matter what type or size. We have been taking our pets there for years. Dr. Gore is amazing! We love them!

The week of Thanksgiving last year I had a terrible family emergency that required me to go out of town at a moments notice. I called around everywhere locally and understandably everywhere was booked for the holiday. when i called Spring Forest I was so upset due to the circumstances and they were so kind and gracious and moved mountains to make room for my dog to stay for the week. I continue to bring my dog here and he LOVES everyone there!

This facility came highly recommended to us and has lived up to the hype. Caring professionals make up the facilities work force. My dogs love Dr. Gore and her staff.

Dr. Gore treated our cat for cancer and was there for him to the very end. She and her Staff are outstanding. We couldn't have chosen a better veterinarian.

My dog Chewie has been boarded many times here and I've been very pleased. He always is excited when we pull in the parking lot. Thank you for taking good care of him!

A awesome Vet doc owns and runs this clinic...also a terrific staff of vet techs/receptionist..front & boarding. I just boarded my precious cat(Esther) there for a while and am sure of hwe being in the best of ✋'s and treatment.😍😍😍
