Their service department is amazing and when Elaine Davis stepped in, the department transformed to delivering superior quality and scheduling accuracy. She has done a tremendous job. They have a great crew at Brock from Dennis N., Sara W., to Elaine Davis. Great work Brock.

Brock's are easily reached to schedule an appointment for a home owner with a warranty request. Elaine Davis is prompt and timely in responding to these requests and scheduling with home owners and always is very willing to help me out.
