Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital at Falls Pointe

We are so pleased with the care that our sweet Ana has received at Complete Pet Care. Since moving from Raleigh we have tried to find a new vet that’s closer to home, but none compare. Dr. Hunter treats our dog with so much care and compassion. Hands down best veterinary office out there. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Dr. Winstead is awesome. Everyone at this practice is so professional and friendly and caring. This is the best vet I have ever used. I am so glad my last vet would not see my sick dog because I found Complete Pet Care. They saw him and took care of him same day and I have been with them ever since.

The staff at Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital at Falls Pointe is wonderful. As a new client they have made us feel very welcome. The hiring of Dr. Laura Winstead was the primary reason for us to both follow her from her previous employer and become a new client at Complete Pet Care . We feel that they are extremely fortunate to have her as a new Veterinarian on staff. Should you be in need of a compassionate and knowledgeable vet Dr. Winstead is who you should see. A huge thank you to the entire staff at Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital at Falls Pointe for the kindness and care they have shown both me and my Minature Schnauzer "POTUS". We hope to be with them for many years to come.

We love the Complete Pet Care team! During our recent visit, the nurse (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was so kind and provided the most helpful, realistic guidance about weight loss for our dog. Dr Hessler is so knowledgeable, professional, and also very kind as we are starting to experience the journey of our older dog.

Our most recent visit to Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital at Falls Pointe was for yearly shots.  Christy saw us come in with Carly & Streaker (Tank) and she beelined over to say hello, to share a kind word!  This is typical of the thoughtfulness and compassion exhibited by all Staff at Complete Pet Care.  From the moment we walk in the door with any of our 4-leggeds, it feels more like we are regarded as family, rather than just customers.

It has been over ten years since we discovered Dr. Conley and his practice.  For that, we are beyond grateful.

Incredible experience with this pet clinic! Accommodating last-minute appointment for our new puppy. Staff was extremely friendly, vet and nurses were knowledgeable and reassuring. Their thoughtful aftercare, including a personalized card, made it even more special. Highly recommend this caring and professional clinic!

I was very impressed with Complete Pet Care from the time I walked in to the time I left. I have a rescue that was in very rough shape. The vet put together a action plan on his care and as to what took priorities. She genuinely cares about your pets health. I was so surprised Monday they actually called to see how he was doing. I will definitely be taking my animals there from now on.

We put our golden down this week. We drove 3.5hrs one way to do it at the vet she loved before we moved. The second we got there she was whining with excitement & wanted to go in the back where she knows her friends were. I had forgotten her tennis ball and the kindest, sweetest young lady named Natalie ran around and found one!! Dr Hunter had previously done surgery on our girl and he was there step by step. As we left the room my husband looked back and told me that he saw Dr Hunter petting her. It says alot about him to be so kind when he thought we had gone. As horrible of an experience as it is to put your dog down, this was a kind and loving one. We later received flowers and a wonderful handwritten card from all those who had taken care of our KayGee through the years. We can’t say thank you enough for being so kind when y’all think nobody is looking.

Staff was very accommodating when I had to reschedule--and when, after being rescheduled, I was running a bit late! The grooming job was excellent as well! I've always had an amazing experience here.

Recently our dog had a growth on her back and Dr. Conley removed it. He called soon after he removed it. He is professional, friendly and compassionate. He answered all of our questions and concerns. The staff was wonderful too.

Great doctors and staff. My chihuahua is always well taken care of at Complete Pet Care. We have been going there for 7 yrs. Highly recommend.

The staff and vets here are great. Anytime I’ve had questions or a small issue they are quick to reach out and clarify. The vet tech Jess was AWESOME!! Super practical and helpful during a routine visit.

Katie was my vet tech and she was so nice and so kind to Heathcliff. I LOVE Dr. Winstead! She was so kind to me as well as Heathcliff. His eye problem had started Saturday night and because of the holiday was not able to bring him in until Tuesday. Neither Katie nor Dr. Winstead made me feel guilty for not bringing him in sooner. You all are really the best! Thank you for taking such good care of my babies always!

I also want to put in a good word for Dr. Hunter. I came in for an appointment recently and he explained to me that he might be a bit distracted because there was a pet in the back with a respiratory emergency.

Dr. Hunter did not act distracted, he took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. He is also very conservative regarding a treatment plan - he always wants to try the simple option first before ordering a lot of potentially unnecessary tests.

We have always had great and knowledgeable care when we visit weath it’s a check up or other care for all our dogs. Very. Very professional but they treat like family. Also it’s very pleasant nd refreshing if we have to call in to check on something or have a question.

My visit at Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital at Falls Pointe was for my dog Sage, (routine visit). Dr Laura Winstead was her DVM and Rachel was her assistant, they both were wonderful.. Thank you both for our great experience.

We’ve always had a good experience at Complete Pet Care with both of our cats. In our experience, they’ve always been attentive & compassionate.

They saw us on a moments notice and assessed the the urgent situation. They reviewed our options and made their recommendations. Dr. Morrison and the entire staff were compassionate and helpful. We'll definitely continue to rely on this team.

I have been going to VCA Durant Road Animal Hospital for about five years now give or take. As of late, the care there has gone downhill. The front desk staff is rude and they blame it on being understaffed. Even when I call to make an appointment they act like I am bothering them. I am under a Care Club contract with them and one would think because you have a Care Club contract you would be treated well, but I feel as if I am being treated worse because I am under contract and cannot leave, so why bother being kind? I recently adopted a new kitten and decided to take my kitten to Complete Pet Animal Hospital instead of establishing care at my current vet.

The treatment I received from the time I made my appointment until my first visit was like night and day from the treatment I currently receive at VCA Durant Road Animal Hospital. I don't think I realized just how badly I am being treated until I visited Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital for the first time. The employees are friendly, kind, happy, and genuinely care about you and your pet. I have never had a kitten before and had MANY questions. All of my questions (up to now...lol) have been answered fully and I was not made to feel like I was bothering them with my questions. Everyone from the front desk staff to the techs and doctors were all so nice and patient with me. Most importantly, they were very kind to my new kitten. I can honestly say I have never received better care. I am looking forward to establishing care for my dogs there once my contract with VCA Durant Road Animal Hospital is over. If you are looking for a new animal hospital for your furry family members, look no further. Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital is the best and I cannot wait until all of my furry family members can go there. The best veterinarian practice in North Raleigh. My dogs have been patients for over 12 years and I am very happy with the excellent care and service we get.

Complete Pet Care at Falls Pointe…I am always well taken care of and my cats are given the best treatment during their visits. Dr. Hunter and Dr. Conley are the best vets in town, in my opinion!
