Excellent Service- Beautiful Work!!

This beautiful arrangement was delivered to us at the job! It was a beautiful surprise right after losing a close family member. I called Flowers and Flowers for care instructions as there weren't any listed on the plant. They were so patient and kind but also very helpful with providing me information to care for this beautiful arrangement. I had no idea what the plants were called but they asked me to send a picture via text message and stayed on the line with me until all the information I needed was provided.

This will forever be our favorite plant and happy to have a new Family Florist!!

A nice local florist! I popped in yesterday to get a bouquet for my wife’s birthday. The florist was able to put together a lovely arrangement to make it cat friendly. Wife loves the flowers and placed them prominently on top of the piano. Will definitely be coming here again in the future.

In desperate need of a last minute corsage for my son’s dance. Turned away by all other stores- Flower and Flowers said they could not fill another order because they had allotted number of flowers but when they realized the could squeeze out another one … THEY CALLED ME BACK!!! My husband got flowers for a memorial service we were attending for a young person who passed away unexpectedly. The staff made a lovely selection that was beautiful, very vibrant and colorful. They even added the lovely gold butterfly as such a fitting touch. Fresh, beautiful, very reasonably priced. Thank you!

A good friend sent me a beautiful arrangement. It was just gorgeous! Very full, with a pretty vase. Someone did a fantastic job, putting this arrangement together. Probably the most gorgeous flower arrangement I have ever seen was sitting on my doorstep this morning for my birthday ordered by my daughter in Pennsylvania from Flowers and Flowers, Inc. here in Raleigh. Seriously... the arrangement is gorgeous from 360° angle Not only from the front. I will buy all my flowers here from now on and the price is right!

I didn't have internet ay my desk and left my phone at home- so I called in and spoke with someone and told him what I wanted. What I got, far exceeded my expectations. The bouquet for my friend's 40th is beautiful. I asked for 3 purple and 3 yellow roses with purple daisy's and they gave me 6 each. The arrangement with the purple vase is beautiful. The flowers smell amazing! Thank you SO much!! (PS She loves them too)

I was totally "last minute" in ordering my daughter's Birthday flowers, but the gentleman, as difficult as it was to understand him, did an outstanding job of being patient with me over the phone while we made up for the language barrier. He took me off speaker phone which helped tremendously and also sent a text with what he was trying to convey! He delivered them for free...5.9 miles away and did so in a VERY timely manner, even as a last minute same day delivery! It was an enormous arrangement and he described it as "small." Would be curious to see his "large" arrangement. I would definitely use Flowers & Flowers again for my florist needs!

I have never been so impressed with a florist- so long story short, I met my husband at my dental office I work at 13 years ago. It was Halloween. And still to this day, he sends flowers the week of Halloween to me for us all to enjoy at the office. This year, Flowers and Flowers did it and it is absolutely gorgeous!! Patients even commented how beautiful it is (they were in the waiting room as they were delivered to me) Thank you for creating my favorite arrangement I have ever received and for making our little “tradition” so special to commemorate when we met so many years ago. When I sent my husband the pictures he said “I’ll be using them solely from now on- wow”
